There was nothing major wrong, there were a lot of inconveniences that staff could have made better but fell short. I checked in and was told by the front desk that my party had not arrived yet, only to find out some time later, that they checked in 3 hours earlier by the same person. Friends microwave did not work. I called downstairs to ask for a wake up call. I was told their machine for giving wake up calls was broken. As it was not busy on a Sunday night, I assume there was someone on staff there during the night that could have called. I was told to use the alarm clock in my room, which I did. But it did not go off when it should have. I think if staff would have gone the extra mile, this stay could have been a lot better than it was.
