No running water - rude!

Checked in and were told there was no running water - pipes frozen. No solution or suggestions offered, we were told that it would be fixed that night. The next day, still no water. Around 1pm we went to get an update and to ask for them to provide some bottled water. Manager was downright rude - said 'no water!' over and over again and refused to provide us with any. No update was provided and we were told we could leave if we didn't like it. We were booked in for another 2 nights. Called Expedia for support, they spoke to the manger who explicitly told them a lie that there was no water in the whole area. Meanwhile neighbouring hotels had water and there are ample locations to buy water in Canmore. Shockingly they flat out refused to provide any water or to reimburse us for water we went and purchased ourselves. While we did get a 50% refund on our stay, it wasn't enough. The rude behaviour and refusal to provide water was downright inexcusable.
