When we arrived the room had a strong order of food or cooking we try to air out the room and run the bath fan, but unfortunately did not work. We eventually got use to it but could smell it again in the morning. There maybe food in the island that is the owners that's locked up I'm not sure. The thermostat on the wall was off and broken, the fridge and freezer handles felt dirty and the counters felt dirty. The place looked clean until you ran your hand over it, i won't be staying here again.

Very quiet Place. Absolutely.Love their steam room and they're hot tubs. Rooms were very impressive for a low end room. Lots of amenda this like full Size coffee maker. They are doing a little maintenance like painting.But I'm sure after they're done.It will be great. Would definitely stay there again.What's my wife? We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Have stayed at this property many times. Is is a well run facility in an easily accessible location with direct access on and off the hiway. Front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is an onsite restaurant serving asian fusion and sushi. We didn’t eat there but it was very busy and from the menu, looks to have good selection and fair prices. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite which is well laid out with a beautiful kitchen, bathroom with soaker tub, comfy chairs and sofa, and quiet bedroom. Unit 108a needs a couple of things: The 2 living room chairs, while very comfy, need replacing. The faux leather is peeling and looks shabby. Also, there is no place to directly charge a tablet or phone unless you have a charger to plug in. Some USB ports would be very helpful. Overall, another wonderful stay here, I would highly recommend.

Lots of great things-large room with decent sized kitchenette. Enjoyed the hot pool and steam room. Two complaints. The bed is hard and I was in a room that has an adjoining room door and you can hear everything from the other room. Thankful I brought a noise machine!

We always stay at Silver Creek everytime we go to Banff/Canmore due to their 2-bedroom suite. It’s so convenient, and it’s only a 20-minute drive away from Banff. Parking is underground, and although it’s not the most spacious, it’s still not bad compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in the Banff area. Staff are friendly, and the suites are usually complete with all the amenities you need (kitchen, dishwasher, regular fridge, washer&dryer), that makes it convenient for families with kids. They also have a balcony on their 2-bedroom suite. The hallways and furniture are a bit dated but the room is clean, beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location, walking distance from shops and food. Room was spacious, kitchenette was great. Was not a fan of the air conditioning unit on the floor attached to the window. It was necessary as the room was fairly warm, but an eye sore and prevented me from getting fresh mountain air in my room.

Excellent value for the price - my room was clean, cozy and well-equipped. The full kitchen made it very convenient, and the balcony with a view of the mountains was a great place to sit with a book and relax. I also made use of the spa and hot tubs which were both great. The onsite sushi restaurant was delicious. I would highly recommend and will stay again.

Very nice property with a terrific view of town and the mountains. Well appointed room, friendly and helpful staff. A bit of a walk to the main downtown area (20-25 mins).

This is a nice property that is conveniently located to Banff and a variety of ski resorts. The condo was nice with very good appliances. My only minor issues were the lack of storage for clothing and bath products. For instance, while we had ample closet space, there were now dressers for my clothes. Also, it seems that the bathrooms focus on appearance more so than convenience. There was little room to put our stuff. The shower was great, though. I really liked having my own washer and dryer too.

The property is under some light renovations which included painting everywhere. The fumes were awful. As someone who has stayed here twice, the previous time was a lovely room with a balcony. This time no balcony, not even a window you could open. The room next to us was from the sounds of it a sorority’s night club with giggling and blaring music until 11pm on the dot Unfortunately we won’t be going back again

Unit in need of an upgrade, furniture is very worn. Building itself has good amenities, staff was friendly but furniture is very well used. Some construction noise from next door and common areas look that they are in the process of being painted.

The room we had was amazing and spacious. Front desk staff was helpful too, except for room has no AC, we tried to cool down the thermostat but we didn’t felt any change with the temperature.
