Room was spacious and had a nice layout. Balcony was a nice size too. Kitchen and bathroom nicely stocked with all the needed supplies. Great location and access a bonus.

Great location and family friendly. Property needs to be cleaned a bit more before each guest. Floors were so dirty.

Fabulous apartment, about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Canmore. Spacious living area, a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. Also had washer and dryer. We didn't have a mountain view but since we were out and about all day, this didn't matter too much! The Stay Well initiative which allows free use of snow shoes and fat wheel bikes (and more) is a brilliant idea. Enormous hot tub was great after a day in the mountains but the pool is small and often busy. Would definitely stay again!

The property wasn’t as advertised. There wasn’t queen bed as advertised there was two queen beds pushed together. They wanted to charge a $500 pet fee at the start when we asked in advanced for a pet friendly room and there wasn’t any available when they said there was when I booked it. The parking lot was underground and was very dirty espically because in order to access the swimming pool and other amenities you had to go through the underground parking lot to the swimming pool. The swimming pool bathrooms where very dirty The room was also dirty as the carpet hasn’t looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and there where stains everywhere Appliances such as the hair blower was not working Also the internet and TV was constantly down There was significant amount of noises in the morning But I do have to commend the staff they where rockstars and I want to know this reflection on this review has zero reflection on the staff working there they where awesome

This was not the first time we stayed here. We love it and we always book here. You bring your own food, no one bothers you, easy access to all facilities and a bonus of being pet friendly

The resort is in a very convenient location and is walking distance to dining and shopping. The views from our balcony were nice. The unit we stayed in had a broken dishwasher handle and the fridge alarm kept going off for some strange reason.

We stayed for 3 nights in the chinook building and it was an infuriating experience. We were on the main floor facing reception and were woken up by cleaners using loud vacuums, garbage trucks, delivery trucks etc all before 7am!!!! They give you a number to call 24hrs for front desk but no one actually picks it up and when I went over to ask what the terrible noise was that woke up my family for 2 nights in a row, the lady said she didn’t know because the condo board hires out trades and “they like to do things early” The pool was tiny for the complex and so crowded we couldn’t get in. I wouldn’t stay again, I didn’t sleep for 3 nights and didn’t get any help from the staff

Love the beautiful one bedroom suites and the amazing bathrooms. Hot tub is nice. Price is great for the space and nice rooms you get. Beds are a bit too soft for my back.

I like staying at this resort when I frequent Canmore. I did notice though on my recent stay that there was garbage and linen in the hallway during my stay. It stayed there all night and I had to step over it to get to the elevator. I would consider this a fire hazard as it's blocking the hallway. I mentioned this to the front desk when I checked out. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. I like the underground parking. Don't have to worry about ice and snow.

Property is very well pictured and incredibly underwhelming when you arrive. Dirty and half finished condition. Amenities are small and limited in comparison to those in the local area. Location is maybe the only saving grace. Make sure you get a Mountain View room though otherwise location wont even be the saving grace for this hotel.

The room was fantastic! Lots of room and beautiful. Perfect set up for my family. Only drawback were the towels. We found it strange for a place that sleeps six to only have 2 bath towels (and 4 small pool towels).
