We had an amazing stay. The facilities were immaculate, the staff friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that the cafe which is mentioned in th Expedia ad and in their coffee table book, is not open in the winter. That would have been helpful to know since we had planned to go there for breakfast.

We are very pleased that you found your accommodations to be amazing, our facilities immaculate, and our staff to be friendly and accommodating. We work really hard to ensure that our guests are happy and satisfied.
That being said, we are very disappointed that you were inconvenienced by the closure of the Ridge Cafe. The cafe is not owned by the hotel, thus, its closure was beyond our control.
However, we do hope that this will not deter you from returning as there are multiple restaurants, within 5 minutes distance, that can provide you breakfast!
