We stayed in loft suite. Property is outdated from outside but inside was fully renovated. I really love the peaceful view from the balcony.

The property is very clean and well taken care of. Currently under slight renovations, these renovations did not affect our stay. The property offers complimentary shuttle service and it was easy to use and navigate. This is especially useful for families with small childrens. Despite the cold the playground was well maintained and utilized by guests. We truly enjoyed our stay and the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We would stay here again.

The room smelled of old smoke . We are non smokers . No bathroom fan , but states with new renovation is central . Major exterior renovations throughout resort . Staff were awesome check in . Indoor pool was cool 1 vent functioning, asked for pool towels was right there . The steam room non functional. $$ was expensive, but comparable to other properties . Would stay again , staff are great

We were not made aware of the construction that would be going on from sun up until sun down. No chance for sleeping in or napping at the hotel after a long day out. Inside the room the cutting board smelt like it was rotting and the room smelled strongly of wood smoke. Limited parking spots because of construction. The loud and obnoxious music the workers were playing was not family friendly. When we asked about a discount on the room we were told that because we booked through Expedia they couldn’t do anything. They told us we could get a discount on future stays but we are not inclined to return to stay there again. Very disappointed.

Our room was really great - high ceiling, bright, great layout. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchenette was perfect for our needs, had everything we needed. The bathroom looked brand new, loved the big walk-in shower and the long counter top. The view from our room was amazing. We parked right in front of our door, very convenient. The only negatives were the sauna and steam room, too long to warm up and never got hot enough.

Always enjoy our stay here. There was construction happening at the time of our stay which made the overall appearance slightly messy. It will look nice once complete however. Staff are awesome. Only suggestions for the rooms- some coat hooks in the entry, bedrooms and bathrooms would be handy.

When we pulled the sheets back to sleep, one bed had blood stains on it. The room had a refrigerator that was so loud it kept me up most of the night and we were next to the elevator and the call bell for it was so loud and going off all night. I spent $300 for dirty sheets and no sleep. Do not recommend at all. Staff were friendly at least.

Our room was excellent! Better than expected. Very clean and comfortable. They are in the process of updating some of the buildings and where we stayed was great. The pool is old and the sauna and steam rooms are old and smelly. If you aren’t looking for a pool or sauna/steam room this is currently a great place to stay. We will book here again!

The room and amenities were all great! The only thing we didn’t like is the area of our room has renovation going on and we were not told about it and given a heads up. We had to drive thru the area and ended up getting a nail on one of our tires. We were lucky that we found an available shop near by.

We stayed in a cabin for 8 as I booked it for family. We planned to enjoy the pool, sauna , steam room. The pool area was freezing, the water temperature was freezing. There was caution tape across the pool, around the windows looks like the building was going to fall apart. The pool area had chairs but no lounge chairs to relax. A side door was also open letting the cold air in. The sauna was good and hot but the steam room wasn’t. Lots of steam but no heat. Disappointed especially when you pay $610.00 for one night.

The parking is terrible. Definitely not made for a truck. We were in room 209 so I drove down to unpack the truck and ended up having to back all the way out of there. Very inconvenient.

Very quiet. A few minutes drive to downtown Banff. The property provides free bus tickets if you want to hop on public transit. Parking is quite a challenge though, as the parking lot can be a bit tight.

I really like staying here the rooms are nice and clean. It is semi outside of town but you can take the bus in for free. If you’re in the condos and make your own food it’s the perfect place.

Our suite was very cozy and easy to find. There was a ton of space for the three of us. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The only negative thing I can say is that they didn't have the backgammon game! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this hotel as well as visit again!

We stayed in a loft with a king, queen and pull out sofa bed. It was nice to have our dog with us. Staff was very helpful, friendly and responsive. Underground parking is limited . Indoor pool was good but plumbing in woman’s change room and shower backed up and raw sewage came out of drain. Carpet and flooring in room were not very clean. Wood fire place was a nice touch - wood was provided. We’re provided with free bus passes for the entire stay for trips into town which was very convenient.

This property was very clean, and well-kept, safe and quiet. We enjoyed our stay immensely. While it was much more practical to use our vehicles for our large party and our remote visitations, we were glad to see that public transit was available right on the street by the driveway. We will plan to use it during our next stay. Highly recommended!

We did not see any notification that the resort was doing some construction work. People screaming and talking outside either very late or very early in the morning. Unfortunately it was not a pleasant and restful stay for us.
