The property was very nice. They boase a caffe in the front loby.
Great property in beautiful town on Banff. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Accommodations were nice.
We have stayed there three times. Breakfast is always really good and fresh. All three times we have stayed there is problems with the hot tubs. Rooms and hotel is very clean. Family enjoyed the cheap bike rentals. We also liked having The Roam passes that were included.
I didn’t like about the wifi that you need to pay. They should have free wifi. The room is not cold even there is airconditioner.
The location is amazing, staffs are great. Their breakfast wasn’t that good and its location was a mystery!! But overall was great. I recommend this place to any Banff visitors.
I enjoyed using the pool in the sister hotel. I didn’t use the laundry at the sister hotel but nice that it was available. Would have been nice to have a microwave and cable TV. Would have been nice to have coffee in the lobby. The huge tour buses in the parking lot were a bit annoying. Overall, ...
Great location for walking around Banff and pretty quiet when sleeping at night
The hotel and rooms were good, clean and beds were comfortable. We did experience someone trying to get into our room at 3 am and housekeeping knocking on the door at 8 am. Otherwise it was a good stay for our quick stop in Banff.
Very clean property great location and staff. Close to all restaurants and amenities. Clean and classy
