"Excellent location attached to Asok sky train station and T21 shopping mall. Spacious gym and pool area. Wonderful view of the Bangkok skyline. The only problem we had was a light in the room entryway with no off switch (we tried every switch we could find), i eventually had to unscrew the light bulb at 2am to try and get some sleep. Wish I'd thought of it a few hours earlier."

"Great place to stay. Beautiful hotel. Fabulous staff. Everything you could want is within walking distance and it’s totally safe. Hint though - ignore the taxi drivers that rush to talk to you when you exit the hotel. They charge double what the taxis that are 50 yards away!"

"Restaurants and bars very expensive so you need to go out to eat. Hotel getting a little tired. Gym only has 2 tread mills and is too small for over 300 suites If in process of renovation hotel should link with a local gym. Service in Club Room fantastic but no Champaign in Club Room. Club Room food below average Not enough lifts for Club Rooms especially at weekends when restaurants and bars open to public. Manager Jacopo very very good. We had a few issues initially during my 14 day stay and he looked after us very very well."
