The STAFF doesn't speak English. There is a bellboy who tries to help but just because he is looking to gain some money by recommending you a taxi driver. The service is not good. We missed to days because there weren't just helpful but day gave wrong information. Avoid this hotel if you are coming to Bangkok for first time.
If you are on a business trip I guess it is a great hotel. It has a small kitchen and a laundry machine.
