Nice hotel

Not a bad hotel. Definitely worth it since it's very close to the street. Breakfast was great.

Fantastic hotel

Posted Mar 28, 2017
This hotel is very nice and very clean! The room is spacious and comfortable and is a great value for the price The ONLY down side is that it is a little ways from Kohsan road/temples etc. so if you plan on attending some night life or some sight seeing you will be paying frequent cab fares (300-400 baht). Other than that I would highly recommend!

A good hotel at its rate

Posted Mar 10, 2017 on Hotels
A little bit far from BTS but the supermarket right basement of hotel is just good. The towel on the other hand, was too old and worn; the housekeeping keeps forgetting leave hand towels almost everyday. The bath tub has only half shower blocker so easy to make your bathroom all wet which is a negative to me. No soap provided, so you'll have to move the bath gel bottle in between sink and bath tub... weird

Always nice staying @ the Akyra (formerly Pan Pac)

Posted Dec 13, 2016
Just a peaceful, relaxing spot amidst excellent eating and drinking venues along Thonglor. Until recently, this was the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites, and so far the new management and staff seem fine. Hopefully this aspect will remain unchanged and the rumored renovation will bring some nice upgrades. It's still my favorite place to call home when in Bangkok.

Excellent service and spacious rooms

Posted Nov 10, 2016 on Hotels
Hotel property was quite good and service was impeccable. Pim, the receptionist was quite helpful. What I liked about this property was that there was a 24 hour supermarket and lots of restaurants nearby. What I didn't like about the hotel was it is a 20 minutes walk away from the nearest bts station . Aside from that service was excellent. There iis a shuttle that is available to take you to the nearest bts station.

Clean and Tourist friendly

Posted Oct 17, 2016 on Hotels
My stay at Pan Pacific was excellent and most comfortable.Cleanliness and staffs friendly behaviour needs special mention. Help extended by AYE, JULIE, PAI can never be forgotten. Thanks to all. A bit of suggestion if you can make the breakfast with some more combinations and spread.

Possibly best location for Thong Lor

Posted Oct 3, 2016
Pros: - Huge room (I stayed in the larger suite) - Washing machine and kitchenette is great - Great location - The 24hr supermarket downstairs
Cons: - Frustrating, slow Wifi - Bright blinking smoke detector with two green lights above bed annoying when trying to sleep..
Location: Tons of great restaurants downstairs and close by
If you want to be in the middle of Thong Lor this is the place. However, it’s not at all walkable to the BTS, especially in Bangkoks heat - not a big deal if you’re using Uber.
