Quite accessible to the BTS. Walking distance to Emporium Mall. The room just was just right and with a tub!

Very disappointed

Posted Jun 30, 2017
This hotel was such a disappointment and ruined the end of our beautiful holiday in Thailand. The rooms were okay and all you needed, but the hallway smelt of mold and pool was moldy and rusty. We were woken up each morning from other rooms slamming their doors, the walls were paper thin. In terms of the customer service, we were very shocked since our experiences with Thai people this holiday have been so friendly and welcoming. As we were checking out, the reception told us we owed the hotel $300 per towel as we had (the smallest amount) of makeup on them when drying ourselves out of the shower. We asked them why this was a problem as it washes out very easily, having doing the same at home and other hotels. They told us they had to send the towels that were dirty out to get cleaned. "So what do with the other towels that don't have makeup on them?" We asked. "I'm not telling you" she answered. We were so shocked we laughed. So they don't use any bleach on the towels or wash the ones without makeup on them? How unhygienic. As we walked out the manager told us "you're not welcome back here" for what? Drying our faces with your towels? Don't worry, we definitely won't be back. For the $40-$50 a night, they were trying to get more money out of us. We will definitely pay a little more and get the proper service next time.

Dear Guest, Regarding to you comments on the website. Please correct some wrong information that you wrote down. Regarding you early checked out in the evening and made all towels dirty from cosmetics and hardly to wash out : including 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 face towels. Front desk informed extra charge 200 Baht or 5 U$$ not $300 as you mentioned . Regarding to hotel don't have laundry department we don't do by ourself, outsouces will charge extra for cleaning extra spot. We will send next morning. Finally , hotel didn't charge any money to you. Also Hotel never get complain from guest that hall way smelt of mold and pool was moldy and rusty as we always maintenance and keep cleaning since hotel opening. Please clarify for those points also. Best Regards, Aermporn M., Ms Resident Manager

Convenient location. Rooms need renovation.

Posted May 21, 2017
Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: Cleaning of the bathroom and better maintenance (eg caulking, loose handles, non-functional stoppers, worn paint).
Location: Great location close to the Skytrain. Lots of restaurants and fast food nearby. A couple of malls close by. Motorbike taxi station right across.
Close to Skytrain and Subway (5 min walk). Nice comfy bed. Clean floors. The lighting controls are a bit weird - there's a master controller next to the bed. Nice desk. Good water pressure. Toilet fixture needed new flush handle. Lot's of water spots on chrome & mirror & countertop. AC was a bit difficult to control - low speed is still quite noisy (bring earplugs). Fast elevator system. Nice gym and pool. Cafe breakfast OK. There was no view from my room. Great value hotel.

Posted Apr 27, 2017
Pros: pleasant receptionists
Cons: facilities and envirnment
Location: shopping malls and parks are available nearby
1. one so-called "king size" bed sized as an ordinary "double bed" 2. old and broken blankets, towels, and bed cloths 3. small room unfit for family with children

Convenient location, closed to BTS.

Posted Apr 24, 2017
Pros: Friendly staffs
Cons: All Curtain needs to be 100% sunblock
The room needs to renovate up to standard, especially part of the curtain is not sun block and the air-conditioning was very noisy

Nice in town small budget hotel

Posted Apr 7, 2017 on CheapTickets
Pros: Location
Cons: The fridge does not make anything cooler.
Location: Dinosaur planet, terminal 21, emporium. A short walk to the right on soi 23 for local food.
Close to everywhere, small and compact room with things you need. The fridge is operational but is terrible at its job. I thought it was more of an oven.

NOT RECOMMENDED

Posted Apr 2, 2017 on Hotels
• Not a 4 star hotel, more like a 2 star hotel overall for a rate • King bed mentioned, but queen bed appears (also the room is small) • Hidden charge for minibar before checkout, so the foods and beverages they prepared are NOT FREE (they didn't mention about it at all) • Far from city centre, also far from BTS station (10min walking to nearby BTS station) • Difficult to find Halal restaurant for muslim • Most of the shops closed early around 10pm, so it's boring for you to walk around • You can get a better hotel with the same price • However, the staff are friendly (thats the only good about this hotel i guess) • Also bring your credit/debit card, if not you have to pay 1000baht for deposit (not worth at all)

Good Clean Sukhumvit Budget Hotel

Posted Apr 1, 2017
Pros: Location and Price
Cons: A/C Cant control the temperature... only fan speed.
Location: Good location. Easy to shopping etc. I like it because it is away from the Bar Scene
Second Stay here.. its decent place and clean rooms. King Bed and separate are to eat or work. Staff is friendly and its close to BTS.
