This hotel is great and the total staff is absolutely wonderful; check-in staff, food staff, managers, greeters, house service and 5 stars to the incredible bell hops and bell hop service which go above and beyond in service. I've been staying in that same hotel structure, off and on, for 15 years, back when it was both The Regents and The Four Seasons, but now it's the Anantara Siam and the staff and food is still the best. I'm glad that the standards have remained high. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in 19 years of regular, extended vacations to Bangkok, but this is my #1. The new room renovations also look great although I personally miss the scene-of-Thailand mural that was above the beds in the rooms. It was similar to the gorgeous one in the lobby entrance. But, my new room was beautiful and there was still a Thai style so I felt like I was in Thailand and not just in any hotel anywhere in the world. Thumbs way up. Keep up the great work, Siam Anantara.
