Pros: Great Location! Near Platinum Shopping Mall and 5mins walk to train station.
Cons: On Expedia website, free WiFi in room was stated. However hotel did not offer free Wifi. Expedia printed Itinerary also never state free WIFI in room.

Pros: Nothing to fancy about except per night charges and locations.
Cons: Better TV programs , room brightness and wifi connection.
Location: Day and night market selling many clothes nice and reasonable price. But beware of rain, flood will occur. And too many Chinese National tourist .
Location is good which near to Airport rail station. Walking distance about 100m. Noisy early in the morning , and drain severage smell outside hotel . Lift landing not so friendly with steps climing either up or down to your room. Staff wise OK. But wifi reception poor. Cannot sent out photo in room via wifi. Ants found in room . Room not bright enough. Cosy for people who love dim lighting..

Pros: Near to the night market and convenient.
Location: Shopping, night market, foods.
The room and the toilet is clean and tidy. The hotel near the night market. Very convenient. It also near the Pratinum Mall. Good choice..

The hotel claims it is 2 minutes to the station.But actually it is when used the backyard door which only open to 10pm. The surrounding scared me, dirty and insecurity . And the room？broken light and not match the photos at all. I can't see any reasons to stay in this hotel. I think EXPEDIA should change the photos of the hotel. It is not matched at all. The staffs are friendly though.

It was ok. booked and paid for a double bed, none available when I arrived, offered two singles pushed together. Hotel was very full, staff were pleasant for the most part.

The hotel is getting older and the facilities seems old and smelly. The toilet basin is with yellowish stain. The wifi is slow makes us very inconvenience to contact with our company and relatives thru internet

Service was good at check-in, they even write the cards for you like in 5 star hotels. Location is pretty good, easy access from Ratchaprarop airport rail-link station. Had bit hard time finding the hotel first (walked through Baiyoke Sky downstair shopping Place). Room was suprisingly clean, shower in the tub was horrible though... poor water pressure and even short man/woman has to crouch pretty badly to be able to go under the shower. Water also leaks to the floor no matter how perfect you block it with shower curtain. The best thing about this hotels is that you can use Baiyoke Sky hotels pool/gym. There was also 50% discount coupon included for the Baiyoke Sky buffet which can be good value. There is also ample amount of food coupons available. Problems with this hotel: weird elevator platform system where you have to lift your package many times. Also other customers making a LOT of noise. Chinese shouting on the hallways like they're crazy. Loud radiophones on the hallway after 00:30 (by staff probably). Cleaners shouting/singing on the corridors loudly early in the morning. Hotel would need to implement noise reduction policy 11 PM-8AM. They also didn't give free wifi passwords at checkin although it was included so missed using internet.
