It was a busy season & as such, service quality was affected. Our family of 3 stayed in a room but amenities were provided for only two. We have to keep calling for basics eg. water bottles, towels, toilet papers, etc… even they saw there were 3 in the room. Wondered if they conserving room supplies. However. Staff members were polite & visibly working hard to manage the work load. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

so far the stay is not great, given we are coming from Ritz carlton in bali. the check in was horrible it took an hr to check in because the staff was too busy chit chatting with other guests. After I asked to speak to manager it still did not get better as they could not find our reservation, even with expedia confirmation. this hotel should say it takes 90 min to get to it from BKK.

It’s our second time to stay in the hotel, but probably it’s the last time. Firstly, the breakfast is less attractive. Secondly, there was pen stains on the bed sheet which was changed on the following day after complaint. Also, the shampoo is not enough and it was refilled after complaint. I wonder what house keeping standard? Furthermore, it was shocked that the fridge was locked and need to called the crew to unlock. however, we was depressed to wait for over 5 mins at night time about sleeping. Also, the TV signal is unstable. There was only one tissue paper box in washroom. We don’t need it in the bedroom? Sorry…. We will not stay again until renovation

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park during my visit to Bangkok, Thailand, and I cannot praise this hotel enough for its outstanding service and genuine care. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff welcomed me warmly and efficiently checked me in, accommodating all my needs and preferences. They were incredibly attentive and made me feel like a valued guest right from the start. Unfortunately, I had a fractured foot during my stay, which made navigating the hotel challenging. However, the hotel's staff went above and beyond to assist me during this difficult time. They provided me with a new wheelchair, making moving around the property so much easier. The care and attention they showed towards my situation were heartwarming and deeply appreciated. The room service was exceptional, and the food in my room was of the highest quality. Despite my mobility restrictions, the kitchen staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs, ensuring I had delicious and suitable meals throughout my stay. Moreover, they surprised me with a thoughtful and generous get-well basket that truly brightened my day. The kindness and compassion exhibited by the entire staff at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park was truly exceptional. They consistently went the extra mile to ensure my comfort and well-being, making me feel like a part of their extended family. This hotel is not only a haven of luxury and elegance. contd

Chose to pay at property and paid all with deposit by card. When we check out, staff informed that they will send approved slip to bank and return deposit to me via card. In this case, there will be an extra charges of return deposit due to currency rate. Most of the hotel will charge hotel and deposit separately, why they can’t ?

Really bad service. They screwed up my booking and tried to charge me for 3 rooms instead of 2. They made us wait 2 hours upon check in and 30 minutes check out and no apology. I can feel that overall training is very poor as staff in general has no serving spirit. Never wanna step into this property again.
