Great location. The hotel is well maintained, staff is very friendly and efficient, the room was big, with enough space for three adults; clean and with a nice view. The amenities are also very nice. Swimming pool is nice and perfect for pictures at sunset.

I always stay at Crown Plaza when I come to Bangkok. Its right across the street from Lumpini Park and I walk there often. It also has the best breakfast buffet of any hotel I have stayed at and the staff in the restaurant are GREAT. The weight room is also wonderful.

In addition to the other categories I rated 5 stars, I always stay here because the buffet breakfast and staff are great, I can go for long walks in Lumpini Park just across the street, and there is an abundance of shopping and restaurants plus a nice pool and workout room.

As a global traveller, i must say the hotel stay was very good. Inroom dining good, gym & pool fabulous. Room was clean and comfy. Just a note - toilet was very updated bit there was a sizeable cockroach in the bathroom near the basin which bothered me a lot. But the assistance was prompt & quick by hotel staff to remove it. lovely hotel
I found the staff very friendly and the hotel was spacious and centrally located to everything. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bangkok. Pool was very nice to relax at as well.

Very clean and conveniently located hotel close to Silom underground station and Sala Daeng Sky Train station. For golf aficionados, there are dozens of golf shops nearby. The restaurant on the 23rd floor serves great breakfast with a choice of cuisines.

First rate experience
Superb experience all around. There was quite a bit of construction noise in the daytime but I was so jet lagged that I slept right through it. There was plenty of warning about that before and during booking and check in but I didn't care. Breakfast was fantastic, staff was impeccably polite and helpful. Room was great. I will be back.
