We are a group of 3 friends who stayed in the hotel for 4days and we found everything very comfortable and superb. Service was also commendable, staff always ready to accommodate people’s concerns. Room was always cleaned everyday. Breakfast is good and delicious. We enjoyed everything.

This hotel was better than I expected based on other reviews. The room was good and all was working very well (although some things seemed a bit outdated). Breakfast was very nice. Wifi was working well but you had to enter the password everytime you reconnect. We arrived at 12h30 and had to wait unfortunately until 14h00 to get the room. The lobby was full with guests waiting for their room. Better choose another hotel if you plan to arrive early. They have luggage storage (= bags can be placed at the reception) which was very handy and well appreciated on our last day.

Great but noise from outside
Buffet was good, beds were clean and bed, (we got the triple room), and staff were all very kind and helpful. Only the location was a bit noisy and we could hear the tuktuk's all night even on the third floor and facing the inner street. Other than that, the price and everything else considered was good.

This hotel was selected for its quiet location and our stay was generally pleasant except for the uncontrolled noise disturbance by our inconsiderate neighbours (my room was just above the reception on level 2). I would suggest hotel management to exercise some control on this to enhance guests' overall experience. Despite the above, room was spacious with a balcony.

3rd time staying here. although we check in a day later. they were quick to respond to changes. front desk was also patient and friendly. the only down side was that i had a better room for my previous two stays but not so for this one.

It's the staff friendly attitude both for the check-in and breakfast that is superb. The room is okay but needs some repaint in certain area. Bathtub silicon lining with mold should also be taken care of.

Room n bathroom are spacious. Generally clean and comfortable. However only downside is the aircon compressor is noisy. Breakfast buffet is a plus point. Location a bit far from Pratunam shopping area.

This is rather nice hotel in pratunam, near Ratchaprarop station. A bit far from platinum fashion mall for walking distance. Well maintained and clean property. But it is rather small property with few amenities.

Happy with our stay, but need to run aircon 24h
Only complaint was that the room was extremely hot as the corridor was open to the outside and Bangkok was extremely hot during our visit. Needed to get an extra room card to have the air-con on when we were out. Staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was not great but adequate.

The hotel room is great, it was better than what I expected from a 3 star hotel. Overall great experience. Although the breakfast is the same everyday but the food was great and the staffs were helpful. The 7-11 is nearby too, just a few steps away if you are hungry. Would suggest to change some of the breakfast menu from time to time. 5 star for this hotel!

Location -It was close to the train station that takes you directly to Suvarnabhumi Airport...and also at walkable distance from Indra Square and not very far away from Central World Mall. The room was closed from all sides with a very shady appearance.You could also hear the people in the adjacent room as their hotel room was only seperated by a door on each side. The bathroom was leaking. The breakfast is below average. The hotel staff is nice . Its okay for a very short stay else look for your comfort elsewhere at this price. I would prefer spending a little more and take a good hotel room instead.

Great hotel in Bangkok
It’s a very nice hotel and in good location near the airport link. However, it’s not easy to find the hotel at our first visit because it is at an alley. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quite delicious although the items are almost the same everyday. The room is clean and big. We’ve got a room with bathtub. There are shower cream and shampoo provided but you have to bring your own toothbrush. The shower sometimes doesn’t work properly and no hot water is provided. It may be a bit noisy living in a connecting room. Overall, it’s a nice stay to my husband and me. We’ll come back for our next visit to Bangkok.

Staff are friendly, hotel is clean, however the rooms could be a bit cleaner. My room had a ton of black mould in the shower and someone else’s hair on the floor. Decent location. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

Dear all, I had a very pleasant stay. I booked the room here based on the positive reviews in Hotel.com. I hope my comment will ensure the hotel will maintain or better still upgrade their services. Air cond - good, Shower - excellent hot/cold water supply. Cleanliness - 8/10. Surrounding area - quiet. Transportation - taxi and tuk-tuk easy. Outside / restaurant food - easy. Convenient store - close by. WIFI - great. The following are available in the room: safe, hair drier, coffee/tea supply, kettle, etc. etc. very convenient. Highly recomended.

many thanks to the receptionists for being friendly & helpful & to the housekeeping lady that will always without fail asks us if we need our room to be cleaned whenever we leave. very easy to locate the hotel. accesible location. walkable distance to platinum mall, palladium mall, pratunam market & neon market. walkable distance to ratchaprarop airport rail link station - connecting straight to & fro suvarnabhumi airport & 1 stop before phaya thai station where you can connect to the BTS to head to town. 7/11 convenient store nearby, so you wouldnt worry about running out of neccesities. breakfast could be improved however that includes different varities daily so we look forward to a different kind of breakfast everyday. overall rating, excellent - 4/5 :)
