On a busy little soi but no problems sleeping. Recently refurbished, very clean, secure and right on the door step of everything sukhumvit road has to offer. BTS Nana station less than 50m too, have stayed here many times over the years.

Very nice hotel for the price, lovely staff and very comfortable bed. Just be aware that the location is all about prostitution, which may bother some people.

In the back of a sketchy alleyway full of pmrostitudes and sketchy massage places. Sheets were dirty. They refused to let me cancel or refund me and it was so bad I checked out and just checked into another hotel because it was seriously that bad. Spend abit more and go somewhere nicer!!

Great clean hotel that is right off a side street filled with bars and lady establishments. Very safe area. Super quiet inside. Outside smoking area is 420 friendly and hotel is guest friendly for one guest.

A good, secure, clean place to stay
I always stay here when I’m in Bangkok’s Sukhumvit area. The location is very convenient. The hotel is very clean and well managed. I would not recommend it for families, only due to its location to many bars. It’s guest friendly and secure. There’s great air conditioning, a safe for valuable items, and guests must provide identification. Overall, it’s a consistently good stay

Rude staff. Won't be staying here again.
Terrible experience. The staff was rude during check-in. I needed to change rooms as the lights were not working. The staff got annoyed. In the second room, I had to wait 30 minutes for the AC to being working. I came back after getting some food, but the staff did not provide a welcome greeting, went and kicked the door closed. Very rude. Overall, for the price, you can actually stay at a nicer hotel nearby. It's what I will be doing next time.

Dear Guest,Firstly we do apologize for any inconvenience caused during stay with us.Upon checked in you complained about room is quite dark but it’s our interior design it’s grey color with warm white which we just renovated that from last year and then you chose the new room to stay from the whole 6floor where were vacancy as we have known you are a bit upset since check in. Secondly AC is working properly but this season is quite take a few time to getting cool coz now it’s summer in Thailand but it’s cold after 15mins.

Only stayed one night passing through Bangkok but the hotel was conveniently located by Nana skytrain station and down a short alley. My room faced the back and was very quiet but not sure about front-facing due to loud bars and massage parlours. Great value but not necessarily the best for families.

After walking down the road to the property which is quite an adult district road, jam packed with aggressive go go bars and exotic massage parlours I was quite nervous as to what the hotel would look like. Lobby was actually quite nice not very big. The rooms were shockingly very nice !! Extremely clean. Easily the best beds I’ve ever slept in in Bangkok. Bathrooms also were great. Rooms actually matched the pictures. This place is right smack in the middle of all the action. You can’t beat its location. When I return to Bangkok I’d 💯 stay here again and I’d stay here for an extended stay. Only negative was the room came with no coffee. Had a kettle and coffee cups but you gotta get your own coffee. But given the very very cheap price I paid for the room it doesn’t matter. It’s a great place with exceptional value. Highly recommend.
