Parking : took time to find one even on weekdays 5 minutes walk from parking lot to hotel lobby
Check-in : I arrived early but the room was ready for check-in. Very helpful !
Check-out : fast service but I forgot to scan my parking pass (the staff didn't ask me about car parking either) so I had to walk back to the lobby again after checkout.
Room : Deluxe Room, 2 Queen Beds on 21th floor Spacious room, large bed, various pillows choices (asked the staff), old-fashioned bathtub, nice view, large cable TV but the quality of the picture is not good.
Amenities : TWG tea but there is no coffee maker only instant coffee.
Rooftop: too narrow with old swimming pool. The sunset view was beautiful.
Staff : 1.Front desk staff was very helpful and polite. He didn't only told me the direction (forgot his name but probably a Chinese staff) but sent me off at the connecting walk way (hotel-gaysorn mall). That was very helpful and impressive service. 2. the staff who picked up the phone was very helpful and polite (asked for pillows) 3.the housekeeping came to check on us and very polite. 4.the lady staff who check on guests before entering the pool and fitness center were very welcoming. Overall, They are doing a good job but could be better if they ask guests feedback when checking out / at breakfast time ; Is everything is ok? How was your stay?
