I had a great time at this Hotel. The place looks clean and tidy, and staff is really friendly and helpful. The place is not in the middle of the city, so I'd recommend this place if you'd like to mingle with the locals.

Everything about the hotel and service was great, except for the food which on a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate it at 2. Room service food was terrible. Caesar salad and chili chicken stir fry basically inedible. All the staff were absolutely super. Room was great and overall service was 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay there again but not eat there.

WORST HOTEL EVER
I stayed at this hotel(king park avenue hotel) from 8 march 2019 to 10 march 2019.This hotel i NOT what they say on the website that it is. On my first night,I found COCKROACHES in the room, the washroom and shower was not clean at all(A LOT OF STAINS) I asked to have a room change, the new room was kind of in the same condition as the old. i was supposed to stay for 4 nights, i ended up staying for only 2, and since i did book a non-refundable booking, i did accept the loss. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE WHO IS CLEAN.this is a 0.5 star hotel.

The ladies at the front that checked us in was pretty unprofessional and rude. They did not even greet us, looked at us like we were just wanderers. We also purchased our room which include free breakfast. The lady proceeded to try to argue with me that I was basically lying even when I showed her my receipt and full payment. I had to email her manager forwarding my documents over to him. We were not even given the specs of where breakfast will be served, I had to go down to grab out breakfast vouchers, not told where the gym or pool was. The only thing she was interested in was trying to sell us their specials. When we were in or out, they treated us like we were not patrons.

The decent side of Bangkok
I’ve stayed at the king park avenue in Bangkok on several occasions. First time was back in 2008 & we’ve been every year since, sometimes twice a year. The area suits us, not too rowdy, we’ll away from the seedy side of Bangkok. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Well worth a visit. Friendly staff, large rooms, good location

Wonderful 3-week stay!!
My wife and I stayed for 3 weeks at the King Park Avenue Hotel. We were greeted many times each day by the smiling faces of the outstanding staff. The room was simple, but perfect for our needs, and cleaned very well each day. Seacon Square shopping mall is a nice little walk from the hotel, and we walked there at least a dozen times during our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The breakfast buffet was a wonderful way to start each day.

Nice hotel good location close to BKK AIRPORT
Stayed 5 days, good swimming pool..close to large shopping centre...has nice bar and restaurant with buffet breakfast....clean ,pleasant room and bathroom...accommodating staff.....Street food close and airport 25 minutes.....all good...

Never again... Nie wieder...
After seeing the room we immediately started looking for another hotel in the area and immediately checked out. Haben nach Bezug des Zimmers sofort mit der Suche nach einem anderen Hotel in der Umgebung begonnen und gleich wieder ausgecheckt.

このホテルは団体向き
フロントの対応・ベルボーイは良かった。部屋は中に入った時圧迫感が有った。清掃は良くできていたが、シャワーカーテンに黒カビが有ったので、翌日掃除の女性に直接言って直ぐに改善しました。部屋に金庫が無かった。景色は、良くない、住宅街でカーテンを空けられない。ジャグジー付きの部屋だったので、くつろげました。朝食は品数が少ない、席数が少ないので団体客で混む時間帯有り。徒歩１分ぐらいにセブンイレブン、徒歩１０分位にモール有り、ショッピングに良い。ホテルの前にバスを着けられるので団体客向け、タクシーは捕まりにくい。ホテルのレストランで夕食をとったが料金高かった。

Wer nicht unbedingt in das touristische Zentrum Bangkok möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben. In der Nähe gibt es viel kleine Restaurants und die Seacorn Mall. Ich war eine Nacht auf der Durchreise und konnte am nächsten Tag ausgeruht weiterfahren...

Fint hotel der ligger 25 minutter fra lufthavnen. Taxa hertil koster 250 bath = 50 kr næsten ingen turister i området men gode shopingmuligheder. Fik meget hotel for få penge

Einfach aber gut! Hektikerin!
Absolut ok für 2, 3 Tage ausserhalb der Hektik Bangkoks. In ca 30 Min am Flughafen. Hotel ist ca 200 m von der Hauptstrasse weg, dafür ruhig. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber akzeptabel. Preis und Leistung stimmen überein. Internet i.o. Super sauberer Pool auf dem Dach! Frühstück super vielfältig! Nachtmarkt und zwei riesige Schoppingcenter in 5 Minuten Fussdistanz.

Danke, sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir waren für 2 Nächte dort, Gutes Stadthotel, Begrüßungsdrink, Einchecken vor 14 h bereitet keine Mühe, Auschecken vor 5 h morgens ging super Frühstücks-Lunchpaket erhalten, Taxiservice alles perfekt geklappt. Leider kein Zimmersafe, Netter Swimmingpool,(leider keine Schirme) Umgebung Shoppingmals, sehenswert ist hier der Rod fair markt , mit echten Antiquitäten und Oldtimern. - Fußläufig- ca. 20 Min zum Flugplatz frühmorgens.

schönes hotel in ruhiger seitenstrasse.
Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und nur 4 minuten bis zum großen Einkaufscentrum. das hotel ist super und die zimmer sauber,groß und mit allem ausgestattet. zimmer werden jeden tag saubergemacht und es hat ein sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Hatte das Deluxezimmer mit Wirlpool...WOW----ein traum. dann noch einen superpool auf der Dachterasse...Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ein Traum und reichhaltig,sowie wer gerne schlemmen will,das Essen ist nur zu empfehlen... das Personal im Hotel,sowie die Reception sind immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Manegment in diesem Hotel ist nur mit einem Lob auszusprechen. Ich Buche das Hotel wieder nächstes Jahr,da man sich da nur wohlfühlen und entspannen kann.. ที่ตั้งของโรงแรมนี้ดีอยู่ใกล้ห้างซีคอนสแควร์ ของกินเยอะดี เดินออกจากโรงแรมก็มีร้านของกินเพียบ ไปซีคอนก็ใกล้ อยู่ใกล้ตลาดนัดรถไฟด้วย แต่ห้องพักพอใช้ แต่ห้องน้ำเหม็นมาก และแม่บ้านก็เสียงดังแต่เช้าเลย เสียงดังมากเปิดประตูเหมือนโกรธใครมา แถมทำเสียงดังมากเวลาทำความสะอาด อย่างอื่นก็พอใช้แต่อาหารไม่เคยทานเลยไม่รู้เรื่องรสชาดค่ะ

Hotellet renoverar flera våningar så tre våningar var avstängda. Hotellet bättre än rummen som är sisådär. Många i personalen pratar ingen engelska. Just nu skulle jag inte rekommendera detta hotell, kan bli bra när man genomfört alla renoveringar. Nära till flygplatsen dock.

8日間連続して宿泊しましたが 要望出さねばシーツ交換はしないし・・・テレビも旧式でブラウン管ーから異音がでる寝不足になる。テレビ交換を依頼すれば『面倒なのか?』数時間も費やす すべてのアクションが遅く ドアーマンも待機が出来ていない。 バスタブ・洗面所は保水が出来ず 栓が壊れていて フェイスタオル・バスタオルも不衛生に感じました。 利点は徒歩5分圏内に大型ショッピングモールがあり 買い物･食事・両替の銀行に不自由しない点だけ

Hotelli sijaitsee kaukana keskustasta, lahella ei ole kunnolla ruokapaikkoja ja yksi iso ostoskeskus. Keskustan palveluihin on taksilla matkaa 20 minuuttia. Hotelli siisti ja henkilokunta ravintolaa lukuunottamatta ystavallista ja avuliasta. Turha odottaa kuitenkaan neuvoja yokerhoista tai ravintoloista muualle, he mainostavat vain omiaan. Kovat sangyt ja aanekas ilmastointi. Kelpaa jos ei halua liikkua hotellista minnekkaan.
