✅ The overall was fine. We checked in ealier and staff was able to accommodate. Breakfast options were acceptable. 3 mins walking distance to MRT Lumpini. The hotel is near by 7-Eleven. ❎ We stayed for 2 nights, there was no available parking slot indoor. We had to park the car outdoor (38°c). The smell in Lobby area was not fresh.

Situation very bad, close of the hotel many big buildings in construction, lot of noise in a room. The hotel have an obligation to tell this situation on the internet site. Most the give me a room on 11 floor, had a renovation on a room smelt very hard industrial glue. the move me on other room, On the 14 floor, pool floor, have a renovation close of the piscine. lot of noise, very bad experience. I think the Pinnaxcle hotel management have the obligation to advise the people on internet site, of those many renovations in the hotel and the rob me

Definitely stay here again
Very reliable hotel. It is a bit old but has everything that need. Small gym, restaurant for breakfast, 4 minutes to underground train and with many street foods vender in the morning plus there is a 7-11 at the corner

Downhill
I have used the hotel in the past and have liked it, however the hotel is going downhill now and I will be surprised if it not demolished in the not too distant future. The breakfast is half as good as before and the pool-side cafe is no longer operational. I guess the staff are trying their best.

It’s a budget 3 star property so all in all it’s ok, rooms are old and dated now but very clean and ok for what it is, biggest let down was the breakfast , it’s awful, very limited selection and pretty poor quality. I stayed here previously and it was much better,

I have stayed here many times as I like the location; near MRT Lumpini. The breakfast was good each morning with both some western and Thai food choices. Prior to covid, the breakfast buffet was amazing! It is much smaller now and I hope as tourism grows, the buffet will return to what it once was. Nice staff, poor water pressure in showers, nice roof top pool and sauna is now closed. I will stay here next trip!

good location
We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The room wasn't very spacious but the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was fine, lots of choice if not particularly tasty. The staff was polite and professional. The swimming pool at the top and the restaurant were great.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool on the 14th floor was a lovely getaway from the business of the city. The WiFi was spotty- strong in the lobby, very weak in the room. The location is great- a short min walk to lumphini station on the MRT line. The hotel has three beautiful birds out front on display. I saw a young kid there trying to “play” with the birds with no supervision of parent or hotel staff. I personally find the use of animals in this way a bit inhumane and dated, in my opinion.

Brilliant service levels , highly recommend.
An excellent visit. I have a knee injury and cannot walk far. The staff in the restaurant were superb ,as well as those at the 15th floor Bar area. Rooms are a little old fashioned but everything is spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. My ninth or tenth visit here over many years. Last time,things had slipped a bit. Now all is first class service at very good cost.

Location is near mrt station by 5min walk. Upon checking inn they served juice while talking to the receptionist. We waited at the lobby for them to prepare for additional extra bed for me since i traveled with my parents. The bed was uncomfortable for me at our first night since they added just a bed stand and foam. I did inform the front desk and added another foam, it was more confy though. We requested for additional hotel slippers and pillows since we are 3 persons who slept at the room. The breakfast was very good. You can choose depends on what you wanted for breakfast. You can relax too and go swimming or exercise on the gym, all guest can avail the amenities. I just wish they have more english chanels that we could’ve been watched while resting from a tiring day.

Overall was a good stay as is very near to the Lumpinee MRT station but it out of no where if you want to find thing to do at night. Rather a good hotel for resting or short trip. Helpful staff with smile.
