The room was not properly cleaned we stayed x4 days and the bed sheets not changed the reception staff need to be more friendly . But in a positive the breakfast staff we’re fantastic, but the Indian guests had no idea about food safety using there hands to get the food from the buffet

Nice hotel in a not so great area.
All-India clientele and neighborhood. No Thai or western restaurants nearby, just Indian. Huge number of shopping malls within a long walk, ranging from low end to high end. Prepare to be accosted every twenty feet by restaurant/massage touts. Nice swimming pool, surprisingly not crowded at all.

I like the way they clean our room and the reception staff. They are very nice. It's uniqueness maybe was the food they serve everyday. It's almost the same menu everyday. What I didn't like is that the Bathroom doesn't have Faucet to use after defecating. There were no bucket/pale instead.

Descent hotel with the basics covered!
It was fine-we had a nice time! The hotel itself is a bit dated but everything works and is clean. The breakfast buffet was decent - a solid variety: Indian, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, and western options. The coffee was really strong! The water dispenser had been previously used for orange juice and so it tasted a bit funny but there’s also a pitcher of water available. I had requested a king size bed but got a double and a single as an “upgrade.” The view was great but it was a smoking room and there’s just nothing you can do to get rid of that stale cigarette smoke. It’s not in the nicest looking neighborhood but don’t be intimidated - people were friendly and there were a TON of restaurants in the immediate area. There’s a 7-11 next door. There’s plenty to do a short tuk-tuk away - parked right out front of the hotel: malls, museums, and such. There’s a rule posted about no “outside” food but we were able to order delivery with no problem. The pool was lovely and refreshing. The only thing I would have loved is more shaded options on the patio.

Large hotel, with restaurants and 7 elevens near by and around a 10min. walk to the metro. Most guest seem to be Indian for some reason. it has a gym and pool which is a plus.

As others have said, this is a very dated hotel which urgently needs an upgrade. It is dirty in places and the rooms are shabby. The pool is good but I went into the men’s locker room which was not a pleasant experience. The breakfast is adequate. Location is good to get the airport train - it is an 8 - 10 minute walk to Ratchaprarop station. If it hadn’t been for the location I wouldn’t have stayed here.

Ramada D'MK... The Most Pathetic Hotel in Bangkok
Most pathetic hotel we have ever stayed at. Arrogant and unfriendly staff at all places. They behave as if it's a Dharamshala and you are staying for free. Rude and misbehaving pwoplw all around in the hotel. I would recommend if people don't even take this hotel as their last choice. It would bw better to stya on the roads than staying at this hotel. And I am going to write strong reviews on trip advisor as well.

The staff on the front office especially a lady when I checked in was very rude. While I called the concourse service to take my baggage down I found wheels of my suitcase broken. After reporting the matter to the front office, he gave irresponsible answer that the staff is responsible for damage not the hotel. I think it should be the hotel’s responsibility. Other facilities in the hotel were fine. I don’t recommend the hotel to my friends and relatives.

The worst thing is the breakfast. The hotel caters to a lot of asians, but the quality of the food offered is HORRIBLE. The sambhar( a lentil dish) was mostly water. The croissants were totally almost uncooked. They omelette station had a wait time of about 15 minutes.All the baked stuff was really inedible. I think the single traveller can have MUCH better options in Bangkok

Good value for business stay.
The facility is not that new, but in good shape. People here are willing to help and warm. The location is near main street and NEON night market. Traditional market is nearby. Down stairs can found 7-11 and money exchange at cross street. Good value for business stay.

My problem is that I understood it was close to the platinum shopping centre whic one is able to access by the clever skywalk ,but not from the Ramada which was not close at all ,the area was surrounded by tiny streets and traffic was heavy at all times .When I got walking details from google they were not realistic at all .However the staff on duty when I finally arrived were very efficient and friendly,not only this ,but they actually gave free access to their computer and this was a great asset .My room was well maintained ,but sadly I was too short of time to use the pool.
