Wow, what amazing service! From the moment I arrived every effort was made to make things easier for me. The "wood element" room was amazing! This will be my go-to hotel and I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Very stylish and very noisy at the same time

This hotel has still one of the best designs in BKK. From all 5* hotels i would always choose this one in terms of design and staff friendliness. But as all nice hotels it is now coming in the years and you see here and there a lot of used areas that need to be renovated. Also this spot is not really a good place to sleep - street is very very loud which is sad because primary purpose of a hotel is to get a good rest and sound sleep. I visited this hotel the 5th or 6th time now but everytime I must regret because of poor sleep. If you don't care about noise - this is your 5* hotel in BKK!

Great hotel with nice views.

Pros: Views were fantastic, the rooms were well equipped and had every need thought out. Beds were super comfy, and we slept like a dream. Definitely one of the better places to stay near lumpini park( which is fantastic! Must go!)
Cons: They charged a dollar for a local call that didn't even connect. Drip coffee was 6 usd a cup, so very over priced for Bangkok. The pool was meant to be nice and the layout was cool, but to be fair I thought it would be a a lot nicer from the photos.
Location: There's a shopping mall across the street that has a Starbucks and a few restaurants so this was good, but besides that and Lumpini Park, there wasn't

Great Hotel

Great hotel, very good service (had an AC problem in the evening, they've sent a guy to fix it in 5 minutes), fabulous breakfast, very nice infinity pool

This place clearly has good management, as a fussy traveler I can't fault this place. The management have invested a lot into their staff. Every aspect has been thought of, would definitely stay here again!

Regarding the Skytrain (BTS), our hotel is situated at a 10 min walk from the closest station: Sala Daeng.
