This hotel has still one of the best designs in BKK. From all 5* hotels i would always choose this one in terms of design and staff friendliness. But as all nice hotels it is now coming in the years and you see here and there a lot of used areas that need to be renovated. Also this spot is not really a good place to sleep - street is very very loud which is sad because primary purpose of a hotel is to get a good rest and sound sleep. I visited this hotel the 5th or 6th time now but everytime I must regret because of poor sleep. If you don't care about noise - this is your 5* hotel in BKK!

Dear Khun Guest,
SO-wasdee ka from SO Bangkok!

I have shared your comments with the concerned departments who are working hard to prevent any recurrence.
I would also like to invite you to contact us directly for your next stay in order for us to better accommodate your needs and ensure that all aspects of your stay are perfect.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We do hope to have the opportunity of welcoming you back SO soon to SO!
SO Kind Regards,
