Nice stay
Hotel is situated close to the metro station, bars, restaurants shops and other amenities, in general hotel was clean, and comfortable. No safe in the room - for a 4* hotel you would expect one. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was very good.

This hotel just 150m walk from Rachaprarop Airport Rail Station. From Subnabhumi Airport cost THB40/way and journey takes about 30minutes. Walking from hotel to Platinum Fashion Mall about 800m

Convenient, but a sad end
Fine for the price as it is a good location for the airport link to BKK. The night staff were very friendly and helpful, the daytime reception not so. I asked if I could check out 30 mins late and without even checking it was a flat and direct no. Fair enough I guess. I’ve lived in and visited Thailand long enough that expecting friendly service from cheap hotels is folly. However, 15 mins before checkout, while I was getting dressed, a maid opened the door without knocking. She looked annoyed but apologised and left, but 30 seconds later the room phone rings to say I need to check out. I was at reception 5 mins later - 10 mins before checkout - and the receptionist and maybe a manager started talking together and then at me to say I have to wait for the room to be checked. I tried to explain about the maid and that it still wasn’t the checkout time, but they just turned to each other and talked to each other in Thai and completely ignored me, let alone apologise. Convenient, yes. Good service? Only from the night staff sadly.

No English when check in took 1.5 hrs to check in Once I got to room no tv I called the front desk no English so stayed 1 night no tv The toilet set was broken when you sit on it there are 3 cracks on the sit that pinch again I called to front desk they just say sorry no English then laugh at me The toilet was running all day and night very load hard to sleep

There were under renovation during we stayed, so a bit messy. Hotel lobby had relocated, staffs also new but conversation also a big problems. Rooms still the same, shower water slow, cold and hot water not consistent. Restaurant same place and renovated. New chefs and staffs, even though are new but breakfast still limited and not many choices compared to others hotel breakfast. Others are ok .

Great location,clean and quiet, friendly staff, easy and safe to walk around, train station a block away. We enjoyed our stayed, great bed, good breakfast to start your day, great a/c and good pressured shower to cool down after long hot days. We extend our stay as we feel comfortable at Tango Vibrant.

They have upgraded the amenities. Change aircon, not noisy anymore. Shower water pressure very good and hot water very constant. Change of toilet door, room carpet, wallpaper plus curtains.

Everything there is okay, average. The worst is their breakfast, the barest of all American breakfast you can ever find in Bangkok. It will be better if they don't serve breakfast at all and their rating may go up.

Life at the Tango.
The check in was easy and efficient. A deposit for the key was required. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. A good location to stay in Bangkok. The wifi system has been improved. Good place to stay overall.

The property was close to some of the major shopping attractions and was well priced, During all of our stay the "free wifi" did not work, and the rooms at the front of the hotel were susceptible to outside noise. Probably the worst part was the horrible smell in the room, like raw sewage, however in saying that our friends room had no smell at all, and the maintenance people admitted a problem but could not fix it. Would stay there again though due to price and convenience, the staff were friendly.

Location is great .The hotel is only about 5 min walk to Ratchaprarop airport link station, and near 7-Eleven and a few Thai food restaurants and massage parlours. Within walking distance to Pratunam market . The room is spacious, especially the bathroom. My only complaint is the housekeeping does not take pride in their job. Bedsheet has stains. They don't replenish small shower /shampoo bottles each day even when we finished using them. They also don't clean the shower area each day .

Overall A Good Standard Hotel - 3/5 Rating
I stayed here for one night for its close proximity to the Airport Rail Link which is just 5 minutes walk. It is also not too far walking distance from all the shopping areas in Pratunam (20 minutes walk). It is a very basic hotel. The room was clean enough. Bathroom was fine in condition, although it has very low lighting near at the bathroom mirror - that was a negative point. The room felt stuffy very quickly so needed to keep the AC going all the time. The breakfast was alright - again very basic spread of toast bread, cereals, sausages, eggs, croissants, fruits coffee/tea. Well, for the cheap price you may that is expected. So no complaints there. Their service was good. I appreciated that they let me checkout 2 hours late without any charge when I was late and stuck in Bangkok traffic. Thank you Tango Vibrant for that. Overall 3/5 rating from me.
