Extremely unpleasant stay

Bad experience staying in the hotel. Thought this hotel offers 24h check-in hence I book the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel around 2plus am (late flight), the staff insist that I can only check in at 12pm.Being left with no choice since I was misled by the information on the internet and no other hotels available, my family and I stayed at the lobby for about 3 hours (getting biten by lots of mosquitoes ) before the staff decide to give us a standard room for us to rest and telling us that we will only get 1 deluxue room in the noon. During the 3hours at the lobby,the staff even show us attitude.Despite me insisting that I had book 2 deluxe rooms, the staff keep telling us the hotel is full.
Thus the whole family of 5 was squeezed inside a standard room with no alternative.
The bath tub in the deluxue room that was given to us later on had a disgusting red stain that nobody dare to use and one of the table lamp was spoilt. The light was quite dim in the room. And I don't like the idea of a fan blowing inside the toilet. Imagine one standing underneath without any clothes....
The food there was not very nice too. Though the breakfast buffet is until 10am,there was not much food left when we went down around 8.30...
The wi fi was not very good too.
To sum up, it was not a good experience for me.
Would not be going back to the hotel again.
