ok if you are only staying for one night.

Pros: not a lot.next to market
Room was small, but nobody minds everything a bit compacted as long as its clean.Sheets were dirty and the towel on bathroom floor looked like a herd of buffalo had just run over it.lady at check in was lovely and could speak good english.after she went there were couple of young girls who never even lifted their heads as you walked past.convenient for market, but for £22 was well below the mark.wouldnt use it again

The Boutique Place Pratunam Market

Posted Apr 9, 2015
Pros: No
Cons: Cleanliness and proper entrance
Dirty, noisy and the room was too dark without lighting. No proper reception counter. Escalator was too small and was not good enough to cater 2-3 person.

good location

Pros: its location
Cons: like staying in kampung's home-stay floor , i wondered did they change new clean bed sheets after use.No reason to collect check-in 300B key deposit.
Location: shoppings nearby
the sleeping bed should not just lay on room's floor

Comfortable stay.

Pros: Convenience
Cons: The bed
Location: Difficult to find
I was looking for a reasonable priced accommodation. I find this place satisfying as I don't really need a fancy hotel considering I spent most of my time shopping. The stay was a pleasant one. The staffs are friendly. I think it might've been run by a whole family. They were also helpful in providing information about estimated cab fares and where to eat. The only thing that could've been improved is the bed. After a long day being out and about, I was looking forward to having a good rest but the bed was bumpy and you can literally feel the bedsprings. When I arrived they allowed me to check in early. However, the room wasn't cleaned yet. I assumed they must've forgotten about it and gave me the wrong room. Which was understandable really as they only have one staff for housekeeping. Hotel was convenient for me as it is situated right at the Pratunam Market. It was a little difficult to find it. If my boyfriend hadn't taken a closer look, we probably would have missed the hotel. It's situated right between Indra mall and Pratunam market at a little corner near 7-11. Shopping wise, I'd recommend you to either shop in the malls of pratunam or at the back alley of the pratunam market. The shops at the roadside was rather expensive and u could get much cheaper at the places I mentioned. Chatuchak market is much much cheaper. All in all, I'd go back to the hotel if I were to stay there for a short period but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays.
