Nice Hotel in Quiet Area

Posted Aug 4, 2016
I liked the fact that the hotel is located away from the hustle and bustle yet near enough to shopping malls if you don't mind walking a few minutes. Express boat at the canal behind the hotel is a cheap and convenient way to get to Bamrungrad. You get off at the next stop and pay when you get on. The hotel staff obliged to my every request , even hailed taxis for me. The only negative is that not many restaurants close by when you are hungry. I will stay here again.

Good location, clean hotel but lack of English

Posted Jan 1, 2016 on Hotels
Great location, within walking distances to shopping malls and train. For those willing to take 'motorcycle taxi' then it is quicker and cheaper to get you to Poenchit Rd while taking taxi will take you forever due to traffic. The only minus I think would be the lack of English by almost all staff at the hotel (and probably to most Thai people). Only the reception staff was able to speak or understand English. Technician that I called for assistance at night had no English at all.
