Hotel with excellent location & top notch service

Posted Dec 28, 2016
Stayed 2 nights at Okura Prestige hotel with my hubby and 2 boys. And we simply loved every bit of the hotel. Service - the staff gave my boy a surprise birthday cake, right after we checked in. They were so thrilled to receive the signature Okura bears, personally delivered by the staff to our room. Amenities - the toiletries provided are from Aromatherapy Associates. Fantastic! Location - unbeatable. Connected to Phloen Chit BTS via aircon walkway. Just 2 min away!

Excellent hotel with infinity pool

Posted Dec 26, 2016
Excellent Japanese hotel with impeccable service. Great breakfast buffet. Infinity pool on the 25th floor with a great view. The only thing is it's always in the shade due to the positioning of the pool. You'd be disappointed if you're looking to get some rays by the pool.

Excellent location, polished hotel

Posted Dec 19, 2016
Pros: The great service and awesome infinity pool, spa is great too.
Location: Close to BTS that could reach places around in Bangkok, 7-11 and Boots are on ground level so that you could get food, drinks and snacks anytime.
Very impressed by the services. Staffs are nice, efficient and helpful. The hotel just next to the station with covered walkway and bridge, easy to access to any spots within Bangkok. One addition point, the spa is great too!

Location: Shop and dine at the food court of Central Embassy! Staff service and food quality are high and impressive, supermarket is cheaper than in Siam area.
Spacious & bright room with powerful shower, big cozy bath tub and wonderful amenities from the Aroma Therapy Associates :)

good quality business hotel

Posted Oct 3, 2016
Convenient because it is very close to BTS and in the centre of biz district, up to standard luxe business hotel. Hospitable and helpful staff especially concierge. I enjoy the stay but the preparation of egg menu dishes need to be improved. One other problem is many cab drivers were not familiar with the name of the hotel, drivers has to call the hotel almost every time to get the directions.

Excellent, comfortable stay in Bangkok

Posted Sep 25, 2016
Pros: Convenient location. Being able to walk to Central Embassy (and its food court) without getting on the street level during a thunderstorm was huge!
Cons: Buffet breakfast. Tried to accommodate too many cuisines and not excelling at any one. Decent egg menu though.
Location: Connected via walkway to BTS and shopping malls nearby.
Okura Prestige Bangkok is located in Ploenchit area of Bangkok and is connected to BTS station of the same name. During our stay in Bangkok, it rained pretty much every night so it was extremely convenient to be able to get to BTS via skywalk without having to fight throng of people on the street with umbrellas. Hotel itself is very classy without being flashy. Okura being a Japanese chain, there was a Japanese speaking staff on most shifts except for graveyard. Breakfast buffet was underwhelming though, so we ended up eating at the Japanese restaurant except for the first morning. The Japanese breakfast set was a very traditional Japanese combination of small dishes and excellent. The coffee they served at the end of the meal upon request was individually brewed and very good too. Overall, a very clean and elegant hotel, located conveniently for many thing.
