This property requires the owner to put money back into the hotel if they expect to see returning customers 1 the shower in room 603 works but you have to hold the shower head all the time. 2 umbrella they provide ever single one is broken 3 no safe deposit box in room one provided in hotel lobby (not convenient) i have stayed at a number of hotels in this area and this is the worse 😫 one by far stay here again NO

Old school charm on a budget. Traditional thai style decor and big room with great view. Rooftop pool also a must. Great location friendly staff no complaints.

The staff are wonderful. The staff give great advice on what to do locally. If the front steps were more handicap friendly I would bring my wife on our next trip to Bangkok.

Excellent location and very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Basic breakfast but plenty tea/coffee, marmelade and toast. Con. Our room had door to adjoining room, so poor sound insulation between the rooms. At 3 of our 5 nights we were disturbed by loud talk late at night from next room.

Everything was ok and very close to where I wanted to go. The breakfast is only fair there are many good places for breakfast close by. I was very disappointed that the concierge would not help me to get a taxi. I had to carry my luggage to the end of the street to get a taxi. Overall rating of the hotel is good.

Rude staff made me feel like I was a villain. The doorman was the only nice one. He helped me with my bags and was so nice to me. The desk ladies were rude and they ignored my questions. Took me 3 people to get a taxi arranged at 4am. The facilities are mediocre for such a high price. They wouldn’t let me leave until they inspected the room. They blocked me from getting into the taxi. And they made it seem like you were going to get robbed.

My room was very clean.
I have been traveling away from home for over 2 months in Asia. My accommodations have varied from staying at friend's homes to 5 star hotels. I have an adversion to bedbugs and soiled bedding as we all do. I always travel with ultraviolet flashlights and permethrin treated travel blankets and clothes. My room in promenade hotel has been one of the cleanest rooms I have been in. (I am just talking about the room). Congrats to the room cleaning staff. RJ, USA

5-Day Stay
Upon seeing this room availability here in hotels.com, I didn’t think twice on booking it ‘coz it says that the room is up to 3 person max so I thought it was reasonable for the price. But to my dismay, the hotel staff demanded us to pay 400tbh/night for the extra person. Surprise yeah? But still we let it pass as we don’t want to ruin our trip. Good thing, the staff in the afternoon were all nice aside from the old lady at night. (Bet you can smile more, Madam) The room was good and clean as well as the bathroom that has a shower tub combi. It is a small and old hotel (But has a pool in the rooftop) but convenient as it is a few mins walk to BTS Nana Station and tho there are bars nearby, you can hardly hear the noise from them which is great. I would stay here again if possible and if the ad is no longer a false advertisement tho.
