The bathroom's sliding door was a pain to the ears most of the time with sharp squeking sound. The phone was not working. The gap between the foot of the bed on the right side and the edge of the mini fridge with the tv above it is just far too narrow, one has to constantly watch one's foot so that you dont hit it against the bed for the mini fridge.
Perhaps, the hotel may want to consider using stained glass instead for the bathroom door, as in case one's other half is using the facility, and the other person needs to answer the door or has a guest or anyone at the door, there's totally no PRIVACY. The bathroom door faces the main door and its see through!!!
Its also a surprise to us as there is no lift at all, imagine carrying your bags up the stairs. It should be displayed on the website of this LIMITATION
Most of the people we met were very polite, nice and go out of their way to assist you with directions, instructions to the Tuk Tuk driver, very pleasant people
