Great comfort

Pros: Staff and comfort of property also quiet location.
Cons: Exterior of building and update wi-fi
Location: Bit out of city however however great grocery store nearby....good shuttle to take points of interest.
WOW what a super hotel wonderfully pleasant staff all spoke some English, the food was out of this world. JOHN AND GEORGE made me feel at home I will be returning to this property very soon. Rooms very clean and updated great health club and pool enjoyed my holiday in Bangkok thanks to the MONTIEN RIVERSIDE HOTEL.

Perfect experience.

Honestly don’t know where to start. Yes, the hotel was clean, breakfast was good, the views were amazing, etc etc.. but what is a nice hotel if the staff aren’t helpful, friendly and honest. In our case, we were helped by the manager and her name is Supawadee Srihanam and she was amazing to us. We had forgot our wallet and 900$ in the hotel room and Supawadee made sure to collect the money and wallet herself, count it, and seal it in an envelope until we returned. The people of Thailand are amazing and honest and Supawadee was a prime example of it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Thailand as the staff are great in helpig you get around and make sure you’re safe and happy during your stay in Bangkok. Highly pleased with our experience!!!

Great hotel with great staff!

The hotel staff were great and helped make sure my wallet and money were recovered safe and placed at reception for us to pick up when we get back to bangkok. The people of thailand are the most respectful people and the staff here are just that! Would recommend to a friend for sure!

HUGE AND NICE RIVER VIEW

1. NO MAKE UP ROOM FOR LAST 2 DAYS STAY, DONT KNOW WHY I SUPPOSE BECAUSE OF NEW YEAR 2018 ALL STAFF WENT OFFDAY 2. I TOOK A GUEST DISPOSAL TRAVEL SHOES IN THE EXECUTIVE SUITE ROOM WHERE I STAY, IN WHICH IT HAS BEEN USED . BUT LATER DURING CHECK OUT, THE STAFF ASK TO RETURN OR I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. IN WHICH THIS IS MY BAD EXPERIENCE THROUGH OUT MY LIFE STAY IN LUXURY HOTEL ALL AROUND THE WORLD. 3. I ORDERED A DINNER MEALS AT THE HOTEL CAFE BUT BEEN WAITING SO LONG AFTER DISCOVERED THAT STAFF FORGOT MY ORDERED. MEANWHILE, THE MANAGER GAVE ME A FREE SALAD AS COMPLIMENTARY

Average Hotel

Hotel has reasonable amenities and facilities. There is a cafe, bakery and two restaurants. We had the use of a taxi for a whole day for 2000 baht and the taxi driver was at our disposal which was useful. Nor spectacular nor poor an average hotel.

Great to stay at the Montien Riverside Hotel!

I love the Montien Riverside Hotel. The staff is very friendly and the inside of the hotel is beautiful. My 26th floor room had a great view of the river and everything as far as the eye can see. I especially like the pool and the wet and dry saunas and the workout area, all are very relaxing. My room was well kept daily.

Great staff, but poor location and old interior

The staff were amazing, and that is what carries the hotel through. The furnishing and interior were in good condition, but old. The hotel could use a face-lift and an upgrade. It’s also very far from the city, and the breakfast buffet is sub-par. The location of the hotel is not optimal as it’s far from any attractions and city centre (about 15 min taxi drive to the nearest BTS station. But they served one of the best club sandwiches I have ever tried.

WiFi did not work and I needed it so no WiFi for 3 days I told the front desk but I guess they could not fix it. Every else was great
