3rd floor room with fireplace was good. Elevator helped with the luggage we had. Bathroom gets a lower grade as it desperately needs work on the tub enclosure.

Mother Daughter weekend

Pros: Staff was the best asset, it was very clean hotel as well.
Cons: AC unit
Location: lots of shopping, nice to have restaurant right across the parking lot, easy to walk to after a long day on the road!
Great hotel, we have stayed at before but it has been awhile, nice to be back. Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded at the time of check in to suite, which had a fireplace, which was fabulous but the pilot was on in the fireplace and we left the curtains closed and the AC set at lowest temperature of 61 degrees and it was too hot to sleep at night and the window was on the interstate side, probably would be lovely on a winter night. Breakfast was fabulous and again the staff enjoyed their job, friendly and helpful. We will be back.

No indoor pool was a disappointment. continental breakfast had a very nice variety of food. the lounge was not impressive - (drinks were overpriced and it was difficult to access because it was in the basement).

Conviently located off the highway.

Pros: Tip top shape.
Cons: Nothing at this point.
Location: Already mentioned Truck Stop experience.
Very clean room, excellent food available at Dysart's truck stop! I was expecting Guy Fieri to pop out of the kitchen.

Pros: near to interstate, cleanliness, and amenities
Cons: Access to food for lunch and dinner
Location: Relatively nearby to Bangor
We were very comfortable in the room. There were many amenities under the roof. A hot tub, a small lounge, outdoor pool, generous free toiletries, great lighting for reading and a responsive wi-fi and large screen TV. You could access the lobby and and amenities through inside corridors (a benefit in cold Maine winters). The highway was nearby but the rooms were quiet. The breakfast was free and had many choices (eggs, cereal, breakfast meats, waffles, many different breads and on and on). The only detraction was getting food at night - there is only one restaurant (a giant truck stop) but the portions there were huge and there were many things on the menu. The staff there was friendly and efficient.

Has everything you would want in a hotel

Definitely a come again hotel. Even though it doesn't have its own restaurant it doesn't need one, its full breakfast is excellent and the short walk to the excellent truckstop restaurant next door is no big deal.
