Was very pleased that we were given a nice big handicap accessible room on the 1st floor. My husband had just received an ankle replacement surgery in Portland the day before and this made it so much easier for him. Very friendly staff too!

We were in room 243. It was clean and orderly. The beds were a little hard for my liking. Decent food for breakfast. The hotel is in a very convenient location.

This hotel is conveniently located close to everything we were looking for. Staff was friendly and engaging and room was clean but a bit outdated (which didn’t bother us). Continental breakfast was disappointing, but we didn’t pick this spot for that reason.

We loved the New England charm the place had. The 24 hr. access to coffee and tea allowed my husband to have tea and sit out at the lobby’s very welcoming fireplace a couple of times. The front desk was always very friendly and helpful. The whole family enjoyed the morning breakfast bar. We definitely will consider coming back again when we come back to the area.
