"The travel up to Highlands is well marked. Staff at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. For a couple travelling the accommodations are roomy and the bed comfortable. My only feedback is to label the light switches and the heater dials. "

"Overall I'm glad we picked this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super nice! The floor in our room was a bit squeaky, but we barely heard anything from the floor above us. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the sauna felt good. They had a heavy snow early on the day we checked in, so we were glad to have a lower level to park in!"
