“Great stay! The hotel is clean and the staff are excellent. Having a complimentary airport shuttle was a huge plus. The only downside was the shower pressure—it was a bit too aggressive for me—but otherwise, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The rooms were tired last year, and no improvement this year. Went 2 days without replacing towels, emptying bins even though the room information advised this was daily, and had no door hanger to request services. Upon further query, they don't provide daily service unless asked.
First set of bedding had holes, the bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the room was noisy throughout the night.

On our first stay we have to transfer to a different room 3X, first the air conditioning unit had a lot of water leak. The next was, the towel rack fell and the 3rd the room needed to be fumigated for pest control. Hot water control is not right.
