“I had a very uncomfortable and unsafe experience at Hotel Laut Jaya. The room was dirty, old, and badly maintained. The toilet condition was also poor, and the overall room condition felt terrible. More importantly, I did not feel safe in the room. It used a physical key, the doorknob felt unstable, and the window could not be locked at all. As a solo traveller staying on the 2nd level, this made me feel very uneasy. I eventually decided to leave and book another hotel instead. I understand……
