Excellent Hotel and Spa

Pros: Everything except the front desk staff.
Cons: Attitude and friendliness of front desk staff.
Location: Nothing o do here but it has a Spa and Hot Springs and overall gorgeous hotel.
Everything about this hotel was top notch except the front desk staff. Possibly the worst hotel staff I have ever seen in all my years and I stay in hotels about 100 nights a year.

天津北部に商用で訪れた際利用しました。ホテルの規模はデカイ(無駄に広い) 京津新城の町はタクシーが無く、輪タクが入ることを禁止されていた。(高級別荘地の為か) 近隣のレストラン街は、廃墟となっていた。車、人通りが殆ど無く中国とは思えないほどの静かな町でした。 オフシーズンなのでしょうか宿泊客も少なく、閑散とした街を見るとこの一帯の開発は空振りしたと思える ただホテル、ホテルスタッフは さすが高級ホテルと思える 質が高い。 室内プール(無料)は水温が低く入ってはみたが足先だけでやめた。  (11月利用)

A weekend getaway ith my friends. arrived at the hotel around 8.30 pm. Checkin was slow. took about 20 minutes with all the booking and credit card verification. front desk staff was even unsure what time the lounge bar and the gym closes. check out was even a bigger disaster. They held me for over half an hour because they were unsure how the hotel room would get paid. it was clearly not my problem because hotels.com would eventually pay them after checkout. terrible service and we doubt whether it is one of the hyatt hotels.
