“Property is ideally located for easy commute to downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Overall the room was clean. It is in need of updates, kitchen appliances clean but rusted. Main bedroom mattress was old spring loaded and uncomfortable. However, our daughter said the pull out sofa was comfortable. Housekeeping service not provided, even though a tip envelope was left in the room. Also, there was a constant sewage smell outside, that would blow in through when AC was running.……

“Wish we could have contacted the host. One sleepless night because of air in the pipes. No way to turn off the water at the toilet which kept running. No water shut offs in the bathroom at all. Manually repositioning the broken flapper in the toilet after each flush was the work around. I'm sure water leaks into the sub floor because of the broken shower base.Great peaceful location. “We had a wonderful stay in Lamoine Beach! The home and property grounds are very spacious, private, and comfortable. Remote and convenient location - best of both worlds! The home is well equipped with the basics (TP, kitchen utensils, cookware, etc.). The shed is fully stocked with beach equipment, and we really enjoyed taking the kayaks to the small beach down the road. Communication from/with the host was top-notch - very accommodating and kind! "1第二次来住宿了，客房舒适、安静、卫生。 2.再一次赞酒店早上的咖啡，跟家里的一样香浓醇正，绝对是良心品质，希望一定要保持，上一次被经验，这一次依然如此；早餐的PIE非常好吃，肉肠的味道也十分丰富，搭配的蓝莓和草莓很新鲜、甘甜，这里盛产蓝莓，果然名不虚传。 3.交通便利，距离Acadia National Park门口开车约15分钟。镇上步行可以去很多餐厅，镇上的餐厅太惊艳了，海港城市一般海鲜都新鲜、甜美，因为在冬季光临，海鲜更是美味。这里去每一家餐厅都很进，还可以步行到海边。 4.酒店的工作人员非常Nice，我们Check In 的时候，前台准备了特别好吃的花生酱小饼和另外一种彩色的点心。大约是因为复活节的缘故，有复活节的特色。很温馨。 5.酒店地下有免费停车场，可以直达大堂和客房。 "
