Best location. Short walk to Dover, Worthing and Rockley beaches. Near to 3 grocery stores and Worthing Square, great food options. Some of the friendliest staff we've ever experienced.

I have LOVED my 3 weeks at Palm Garden! It’s a wonderful friendly home from home. The best people, lovely room and bathroom and a great pool in natural surrounding. I could not have been happier for my 3 week vacation. And the bonus is it is such close walking distance to supermarkets and the beaches with great fun bars.

The receptionist was very pleasant, the driver was at the airport waiting on me, the receptionist greeted me and then walk me to my room she told me the restaurant was close but there was places close by where I could get food. Overall I’m glad I reach safe.

There was no shuttle service of any kind as stated on Expedia. The staff said that the hotel does not offer any shuttle setbice.

I wasn't sure what to expect from the Palm Gardens because we arrived early and had to wait for our room to be vacated and cleaned. Staff were really helpful and allowed us to put our luggage behind the front desk and use the restaurant and toilets. when we did get our room it was functional and clean with a kitchenette and shower room. It was a little bit old and could do with a bit of modernisation but nothing to spoil our trip. The pool was nice and relaxing and the staff were helpful and friendly I would definitely stay again as its very close to St Lawrence Gap and the airport. We also found a really nice bar and lounge called Mix 6 close by. The price was also really reasonable too.

When we first got to the property, we were not impressed. It felt like we were in a box. It was quite small but it Hass to be said that everything was clean and there was everything that we needed. The mattress was fine and the bed comfortable .The pictures lead us to believe that it was a much bigger and classy establishment. It was not but it was definitely sufficient. I can’t complain too much but I felt a little misled by the photographs it was more like a 1950s hotel.

Palm Garden Hotel
I found the Palm Garden Hotel to be very good. It is and older hotel, but I found the room to be clean. The grounds were very well kept and were beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant right on the property and the food was very good and not badly priced. The hotel is very good at following up with you. When I first booked the hotel, they sent me a note saying they were looking forward to our stay. They followed up again about a week before I came. I found this hotel to be very good.

I had to wait two hours to access my room upon arrival then upon check out I was asked to vacate my room and wait in the lobby despite it not being a full 24 hours of me having my room. Just unprofessional and extremely disappointing how I was treated.

The property was center to most of our activities ,all within walking distance ,the staff was very friendly and helpful , most of the rooms have been redone with modern equipment bathrooms were modern and clean , the pool area needs some upgrading but was kept clean and nice for swimming ,our room was a bit tired but I'm sure it will be upgraded when they get to that point overall we enjoyed our stay and was reasonably priced .

Staff was excellent: friendly, helpful, and informative. The room was simple, and clean. I did not use the pool or the restaurant, so cannot speak to that. There are markets and other restaurants conveniently nearby.
