Great location on Pebbles Beach. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

While sitting in their dine in area I saw a rat. Definitely didn't eat my food or get food from there the rest of my trip. There aren't many places to eat around this hotel.

worst staff ever

Without a doubt this was the worst staff ever experienced starting with late check in to the breakfast staff who lead by Shakira who unequivocally was the rudest of them all. Starting with her attitude which seemed to change each morning with mean school teacher to total b She doesn't belong in the service industry and clearly her staff follows her lead. No one we experienced gave us the feeling of being welcomed. How about on day 2 of our trip in which we had to extend our trip due to tennis tournament and when I went to front desk to extend time I was told "you can't extend it here you have to go online". What ??? Online ?? I'm at the front desk. You know what I did online ? I made reservations at another hotel as should you Stay away from this place it's old and full of cranky people who really don't enjoy their jobs.

Great staff, perfect hotel view and right on the beach. Next to two great food stands. Overall great experience!

Gorgeous views from everywhere. Not crowded loved the entire experience. Will definitely go back and wish I was still there. Locals very nice and helpful.

Room with a view was worth it

Room also came with private patio. Complimentary daily waters are a plus although the tap water is ok to drink. My husband said it had a taste though. There's a pharmacy on the corner that sells water. We were offered towels when we arrived and early check in! They were so friendly at the front desk and reminded us to get our rum punch after we settled in our rooms. The safe was huge and they had a robe and room slippers for me. It was perfect! They listed activities for the week on a board in the lobby which was helpful. They have also have a complimentary managers cocktail hour and Rum Tasting hosted by the Rum Expert, Adrian. I regret not going to Oistins Fish Fry on Fridays. The local buzz was Friday nights are better than Saturday's. One mile Cab rides to get something to eat or St Lawrence Gap (the Gap) were $10-$15 USD. The lobby can arrange for a cab and they can also exchange your money though they accept USD so it's not super necessary. Best beach- called Pebbles which was a contradiction because the sand was white and beautiful. Cuz's fish stand next to the parking lot is A MUST. My only complaint is the breakfast buffet is not worth it. We ordered room service and the breakfast was less than mediocre. Our friends who went to the buffet were NOT impressed For $5 USD, Tiki Pies next door is WAY BETTER. I like this place and would love to come back

It was wonderful especially the beach

Pros: It came recommended and and we loved it. it was very clean, love the ambiance and it was very close to places we wanted to go to. Close to night life
Cons: Check in time too slow.
Location: Horse racing at the Garrison My favorite beach Browns Beach... Harbour Lites Night out: . but you must go early like 6.00 pm Teds tour
The people and the staff was very friendly and helpful, very customer focus, we loved that it meant a lot to us, very impressed. One negative..... Check in time too too slow wait time is too long not enough staff on duty...That must change visitors were not happy and agitated with the situation... All in all I had an amazing time.
