Without a doubt this was the worst staff ever experienced starting with late check in to the breakfast staff who lead by Shakira who unequivocally was the rudest of them all.

She doesn't belong in the service industry and clearly her staff follows her lead.
No one we experienced gave us the feeling of being welcomed.
How about on day 2 of our trip in which we had to extend our trip due to tennis tournament and when I went to front desk to extend time I was told "you can't extend it here you have to go online".
What ??? Online ?? I'm at the front desk.
You know what I did online ?
I made reservations at another hotel as should you Stay away from this place it's old and full of cranky people who really don't enjoy their jobs.
