The True Definition of Excellence.....

Pros: The appearance, the food, the cleanliness and staff were all 5 star. Beyond helpful and extremely pleasant.
Cons: Cannot improve on perfection
Location: Exquisite restaurants & Shopping Are All Conveniently Close By....Complimentary Spa Treatments Are Also Available Across The Street.
From Our Arrival To Our Departure...Service Was Impeccable!

The experience and professionalism of the everyday staff in a wonderful location made this a truly great holiday. Attentive waiting staff, patient, encouraging watersports staff and a genuine desire from everyone to provide outstanding customer service means that we will be returning to Waves asap. The hotel has been refurbished to a high standard which accentuates the beatiful ocean side location. Wonderful food for a variety of fussy eaters including a health food freak, a junk food lover and a vegan!

Pros: Some of the younger staff was nice.
Cons: .the older staff was rude and arrogant..their country was in the middle of their independence month and it is a divide country!!
Location: The local so called catamaran boat turned out to be a pontoon boat that was falling apart; the cushions were ripped open; the stuffing was coming out
There are so many issues I will start at the beginning! 1. They forgot us at the airport for pick up, we waited over 2 hrs! 2. We had a room on the 3rd floor, the elevated didn't work, we carried our own bags. 3.We had spa service and scuba service included with our fee BUT... we were not able to utilize it! I called the resort weeks in advance and asked to reserve space for spa and scuba ..."they said it was not necessary" it could be done on the arrival day. Bull Crap! we were only able to schedule 1/3 of what we paid for!!! NO REEMBURSMent! 4. When I expressed my complaints it was met with resistance and arrogance 5. Our room had no shower curtain on the shower and the fan was not working!!!!! the room filled with humidity every time we took a shower.....it was never fixed over our 8 day stay. 6. The meals were always buffet style!!!!! My husband wont eat buffet so we had to eat out! at an all inclusive.....this was asked prior to booking but not revealed!! 7.Over all it was a poor example of what was advertised....! 8. I will never recommend, mainly because they never took any of our concerns seriously! (. There are so many things i could go on about but i waited to cool down before writing a review. This resort was SUB-PAR at best I would give a 2star at the most. This is a very forgiving report.
