Slightly odd attitude from staff including a query about going out for a cigarette or to our car at night - we were told the external doors would be locked - from a receptionist sitting with wet hair in his boxer shorts ... so overall quirky but fine. "Lovely stay and enjoyed the spa facilities. We ate in the bar area as we had our dog and the staff were very welcoming. The Mull scallops were delicious as was the whisky and marmalade ice cream.
