We had to provide our own toilet paper. We requested a non-smoking unit, but our unit smelled purely like smoke. One traveler who had asthma struggled the entire week due to the smoke smell.

Nice location but not an apartment I'd recommed
Not a place I’d recommend or consider to use again. Pictures look way too good versus reality and, in general, the apartment is not in good shape. We had problems with power going off, with the hot water (or lack of), a water leak and no dryer (as advertised). Their customer service team always responded promptly and did their best to resolve these issues, but anyway... way too much hassle and not really what we expected. On the positive side, the location is very nice and convenient.

Well equipped apartments near city centre.
Enjoyed our stay for family of 5. Small welcome packs had plenty daily essentials. Fridge, washing machine,cooker, oven , food processor, iron,ironing board, microwave, kettle....plenty of the daily gadgets. Also hair dryer. Plenty shops & supermarkets at doorstep. Staff very helpful via email. We arrived very late after midnight but taxi arranged at airport & staff ready with room keys promptly. Only problem was the shower, which didn't have enough hot water for all 5 of us to shower without waiting!!
