We arrived from a long trip around 11:00 am and we were able to ckeck in but not to receive the room until 3:00 pm. They told us to live the luggage in the reception and come back later. To summarize: very small room, no place to accomodate your personal belongings, shower did not work properly, that is, just a small thread of water came out, no small fridge provided to keep your beverages cool. When we inquired about the fridge they said thay this was a two star hotel and we shouldn't expect to get any additional services. We then ask for ice and told us to go across the street to buy it! On top, the control tv did not work. After trying many times, we finally made it work, but it was the same frustrating procedure all the time. The only positive side is that the room and bathroom were very clean every day. These comments are not intended to criticize but to make hotel management aware of the improvements that are needed to give a better service to their guests.
