Ok for a few days stayPosted Oct 5, 2015
We went in a party of 12 people only to find that each couple paid the same but all got different style rooms some top end some not. The breakfast is only continental but was told that English was available but wasn't. The room we had was right next to reception and found this to be very noisy. May find another hotel next time.

Average hotel in good locationPosted Oct 4, 2015
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Pool hours.
Location: It is very centrally located. Anything you would do in the downtown core is close.
Check-in took a long time as there was a line up. There was a problem with the number of beds and the guest service agent was good in giving us an upgrade free of charge to correct it. The room itself (a family room) was alright - it consisted of two single beds and one pull-out sofa. The beds were not overly comfortable but alright. It would be great if the pool (small but looked nice) could have longer opening hours. It is unreasonable to open it late (at 11am) and close it early. Many people go out sightseeing during the day and get back in the evening. It is very inconvenient for someone who may have liked to go for a morning swim before heading out.

Sehr bemühtes Personal, nahe bei Casa Mia und trotz des hohen Verkehrsaufkommens in Barcelona ruhiges Zimmer.

Good location and near to Tourist Bus stopPosted Sep 23, 2015
Pros: Location and modern
Cons: The pillows were awful
Location: Central location and near to a Tourist Bus stop. It takes about half an hour at a good march to get to the harbour.
I was on room only so went out for breakfast and didn't eat in the hotel but the location was great and near to a Barcelona Tourist Bus stop which is perfect. A must for 27 Euros a day (hop on and hop off again). Lots of cafes nearby but not too many good restaurants. A great trip.

Avoid room 217. Cave like. However hotel staff extremely helpful and upgraded. Found staff wonderful. Location great. Close to everything. Would certainly go back.

Disappointing!!!Posted Sep 3, 2015
I do not recommend to stay here. Points: - Front desk: - staff struggled to communicate in English, not friendly at all. Watch out for the final bill too, tried to over charge us - Room Service:- 9pm tried to order food on room phone, spoke to two people and they could not understand English so I gave up. - Pool Area:- small and shaded by tall trees, No available bar until 7pm. No food available for the pool area either. - Information - lack of room brochures on Hotel Services and Attractions in Barcelona. - Cleanliness:- cleaning staff were the best part of our stay, they were very friendly, helpful and rooms were very clean. There friendliness and helpfulness actually put the front desk staff to shame.

Fint hotell centralt.Posted Aug 30, 2015
