This property is an apartment and it was in the PERFECT location. It is between two subway stops which is a bonus. Laundry facilities within walking distance. Park Güell within walking distance. Felt safe walking at 2am like it was 2pm. Staff was great. Very responsive when reaching out. Another thing that makes this place great is its location. It is not just touristy and somebplace where people are trying to sell you things and stuff. I was there with my family and felt completely safe. I left my kids in the apartment by themselves as well as my 17 year old took the metro (subway) by himself down to the gothic quarters. Overall I would stay at this location again and would recommend it to others traveling alone or with family.

Clean and spacious
Loved the stay here especially all the extra heating provided. The on call office were open at any hour for assistance too which was great. Really clean and big rooms in a great location by two metro stations. I’d stay here again!

Nice apartment within easy reach of the metro
We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for 5 nights with our 3 yr old and 8 month old. It was really easy to find and it was a very convenient location so close to the metro stop. Apartment was light and bright and kitchen was well-equipped. Several mini-markets nearby made shopping for essentials easy. Apartment was cleaned and beds made every day. Only reservation was the €15 per night they charge for the use of their travel cot - this is too much.

Great location
great location but the apartment had a connection door to the next room and noise from the other room just came right in. Also the apartment had a storefront which does have curtains and translucent film but it made as feel uncomfortable with a young child, and the street with noisy cars very near the storefront. the sidewalk between storefront and road is not very wide. the apartment was old. built up dust in the corners. Little holes in the walls here and there. and it seems not good ventilation, as you could smell the dampness. For the high price we paid, we were not happy compared to other hotel/apartment we stayed in barcelona. but location to parc guell is fantastic and near by transit stops.

very nice apartment, spacious and close to all supermarkets and train station. my son loved the apartment, definitely recommend to families with children's visiting barcelona.

Really Budget!
The lady who checked us in was very welcoming and helpful. The reception/office had lots of useful pamphlets for visitors to the area. The check-in process was uncomplicated and quick. It was a welcomed surprise that a security deposit was not required. Daily cleaning service was offered. It was easy to find. Overall, not the worst place I've ever stayed in but much can be improved. The property we got should really have been listed as a 1 bedroom with a sitting room, private bathroom kitchenette with dining area. Instead, we had two bedrooms, a common sitting area the dining area attached to the kitchenette & bathroom. The shower floor leaked. It did not have a washing machine, which is standard in every short stay apartment I've stayed in. Rather, it had laundry service at 10 Euros to wash and dry. The attendant told me that she closed for work at 3pm and wouldn't take my laundry when I brought it at 1pm. I had to find a local laundromat. There was one electrical outlet in the kitchenette to It took the very small freezer in the refrigerator about 10 hours to form ice in 1 small icetray, & the ice tasted and smelled odd even though it was made with clean bottled water. The two bedrooms had small flat screen televisions (about 15" screens) mounted too high on the walls.Beyond their control, there was a very annoying group/company involved in marketing within earshot that played music with intermittent applause from 9:30am till 4pm DAILY!

Great Apartment, Great Location
Our stay at BcnStop was great! The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. It was on the ground floor but was very quiet and had a lot of natural light and a courtyard. Joan was very helpful at check in and gave us information about the city and neighborhood. There were many bars and restaurants in the neighborhood and the apartment was just a couple blocks from the subway. We'd definitely stay again!

We chose this place for our 4 night stay as we wanted the ability to cook meals in the evening and be in a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchenette had all the things you'd need for cooking simple meals and there are several supermarkets, fruit & veg shops and bakery just across the street. The location is perfect for going to Park Guell, just 10 minute walk away (up a steep hill!). It was a short walk to the nearest metro station which takes you straight to the main tourist attraction districts with no fuss. The apartment was huge and had independently controllable air conditioning units in each room. The staff at checkin were very helpful, though note they're only there until about 3pm after which they have a digital key safe for which you need to get a code to obtain your keys for self-checkin.

The lady who checked us into the apartment was very helpful; her English was broken, but I was able to understand most of what she was saying (I can't complain as I cannot speak any Spanish!). I was surprised that our apartment was straightened up every day. It was just across the street from groceries, and there were utensils in the kitchen. The hotplate cooks like all other hotplates--very slowly, but we were able to make do for breakfast and a light cooked meal. The location is very handy to the metro.

Friendly, helpful,welcoming staff. Comfortable bed. Spacious. Good transportation-Metro and buses to Ramblas area-about 15 minutes . Only complaint is shower stall was slippery & hazardous. Would stay there again.

This accommodation is perfect for us. Although it's not within city centre, transport to metro is only 2" to 3 minutes walk. We enjoyed the small local bakery around the corner recommended by staff of BCN. The staff are helpful and accommodating. Our room is next to the office very close to the street and without windows although it didn't bother us much. I will recommend this to my friends. Good value for money. Exemplary, Helpful Staff
Although the accommodations may not have been as upgraded as a popular commercial hotel, the staff and management were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. They went far beyond the call of duty to respond to our requests. They were also very helpful in understanding the "lay of the land" in terms of Barcelona's metro system and other basic locations about which we might need to know.

Close to bus metro food and bars
Enjoyable stay staff were very helpful and spoke English . Within a local area with access to supermarkets, delis and bakeries and with cooking facilities self catering was an asset. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Within walking distance of Park Guell and only 15-20 mins from the door to Central Barcelona . The manager was available by phone and was prompt in reply to all queries . Plenty of bars and restaurants in the local area. A comfortable place to spend an extended stay. Wifi excellent.

5 Minute Walk From Park Guell
The hotel is family owned and they take great care of every room. The rooms are very spacious with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and dining room. The rooms are all separated apart. Everything in the rooms is very clean and comes with shower gel and shampoo.

Convenient Apartment with room to stretch out
Located close to 2 Metro stations but away from the tourist throngs, this was an ideal way to spend a few days in an amazing city. Several groceries are nearby and the kitchen of the apartment has basic equipment needed to prepare simple snacks/meals...we mainly used it for breakfast, which we enjoyed on the small balcony each morning. The apartment is just a short walk from the entrance to Parc Guell with escalator access. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly, with good proficiency in English.

Had a great experience. Two full bedrooms, nice bath, efficiency kitchen with stove & oven, sitting area & dining table. residential neighborhood walking distance to Parc Guell. Several supermarkets in area and Metro station close. Manager Joan couldn't have been more cooperative. Organized van for us to port when we left on our cruise. Would go back in a heartbeat

Stayed with my family all 8 of us the girls in the office were excellent Monserrat gave us a lot of good information. Lots of supermarkets across the street very convenient. Overall a great experience, felt very safe at night.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and agreed that it was a lot of space for the money. It's very close to park Guell and sits in between two metro stops that provide easy access to all other sites. There was a fairly strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom 24/7 but we were only there for a couple of days so we managed.

Bcnstop at Parc Guell is a perfect location for those who want to be a bit outside of the rush of other areas of Barcelona. It is minutes away from the famous park itself, and moments away from the subway system. No more than 15 minutes away from Las Ramblas if thats where you want to go. The rooms are super spacious and clean. Juan, the hotel owner is fluent in English and extremely helpful. He sat down with us with a map of the city and circled all of the tourist hotspots and the directions of how to get there. Fantastic customer service right there. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and other travelers to Barcelona!

Hello, When you make the reservation you can see that the city tax is never included in the price. The amount of it is 0.72€ per person and night. We always offer two type of maps in the reception: one that is for free and another one that is bigger that has a cost of 1€. We are sorry for any missunderstanding. Fabulous apartment
Fab apartments is a great location. Quiet in the evenings with shops within a 2 minute walk. Metro stop 5 minute walk away. Couldn't fault the apartment, comfy, spacious and cleaned daily. The manager is very courteous and helpful. Can't fault our stay here, would highly recommend.

We had a great experience at this apartment. We had been traveling for over a week in Europe with our 5 children (ages 6-20). We were tired and cranky. When we arrived at the BcnStop Parc Gruell it was a like a breath of fresh air. The service is fabulous . The apartment manager was friendly and welcoming and answered all our questions as well as providing lots of helpful information. He gave us a great recommendation for a reasonably priced restaurant for tapas! The apartment was clean and spacious, but not fancy. Finally somewhere we could get a little personal space! It is located in a quiet area away from the city center, but it is a close 5 min walk to the metro which takes you to all the main attractions and restaurants quickly. We found the subway clean, inexpensive and easy to use.

Fomos 8 pessoas, duas noites e recomendamos muito, apartamento 5* e bem acolhedor. Limpo, bem organizado, moderno e com todas as condições que precisamos. Sinceramente surpreendeu em relação às fotos (coisa que normalmente nunca acontece).
