Staff was very nice. Room was great. No view from our room, but nothing to complain about at all. Great location metro, taxis and car rental access was within 100meters. Absolutely recommend.

The staff was amazing. Spoke well English. The neighborhood is perfect for walking around with great restaurants and shopping. Room was very clean and beautiful. Service was excellent. Every night had turndown service. Overall a perfect 4 days in Barcelona @Casa Fuster!

다른 무엇보다도 모더니즘 건축가 도미니크 몬타네로가 설계한 역사의 한 코너에 머무를 수 있다는 것 하나만으로도 만족스러웠습니다. 그 가치에 저는 우선 다음에도 바르셀로나에 온다면 이 곳에 숙박할 예정입니다. 다만 10일간의 숙박기간동안 자잘한 기계고장들이 많은 점이 아쉬웠어요. 전화기는 계속 고장나있었고, 벽등이 고쳐졌다가 다시 깜빡거리는 것이 반복되었습니다. 하지만 그 어느 곳다도 숙소 내부를 물청소로 청결히 가꾸고 세세한 어메니티까지 있는 부분은 이 단점을 한편으로 상쇄해주기도 했죠. 그리고 올때마다 저는 늘 건물 뒤편만 보이는 뷰를 배정받게 되어 아쉽습니다. 그래도 이번에는 상대적으로 높은 층이라 방에 빛이 들어 좋았어요. 문의를 하면, 늘 곤란해 한다던가 장기숙박이라 좋은 뷰의 방을 배정하기 어렵다는 식의 답변을 듣기도 해서 선뜻 납득이 가진 않았어요. 그럼에도 불구하고, 호텔 건물 자체의 매력 때문에 다시 찾게 되었던 것 같아요.

1 this is the worst hotel we stayed during the trip. 2 - there is no service line available in our room. We need to run down from 4th floor to 1st floor ask assistance. 3 - air condition didn't work. door key didn't work. kettle broke. We asked for a new kettle, never get replaced.4 - We asked the doormen to get a doorknob so we can open the window and get fresh air. He took the tips and disappeared. 5 - There is a blood stain on the towels.

If you go to Barcelona then stay here. Conveniently located in the heart of Gracia this hotel has everything to offer . The rooms are great the staff are super helpful and friendly and the hotel is overall so cool . We enjoyed a sangria at the bar and had a fabulous breakfast in the dining hall . We will absolutely be returning to this hotel when we come back to Barcelona.

Wonderful hotel. The staff is excellent and always helpful, patient and attentive. The hotel lobby and rooms are tastefully decorated, high quality, clean and roomy. The only issue is the room's deep tub/shower combination. It is hard for less limber individuals to safely enter and exit. Assistance may be needed to use safely. Loved the roof top bar. Excellent views and service.

The staff, safety and cleanliness of the property was perfect! Hotel is at the top of a hill, so it was not the easiest to walk to and I saw many more hotels better located. This isn’t an issue if you plan to taxi everywhere. Our room had temperature issues in the shower, the water would not remain at a good temp and would be extremely hot or extremely cold. Internet was terrible. Room was very comfortable and the robes and house shoes provided was great.

Room booked not available, they promised to have next day but next day again not available only after 2 nights we had the room booked For checkout we requested a late checkout but it was refused No service no apologies the worst service ever

Had a fantastic stay. Staff was helpful and attentive. Marc at the front desk was superb with recommendations and bookings. Hotel surprised us with champagne and strawberries as we were celebrating our anniversary! Couldn't have asked for more

Casa Fuster is a beautiful building however inside is dark, some areas, decor, and furniture need to be updated. The last day the shower didn’t have hot water. The amenities like the pool and gym were minimal. The best thing about the hotel was its location and friendly staff. This property is more like a 4 star than 5. Expedia needs to upgrade its criteria for 5 star assignment.
