absolute nightmare check in..otherwise lovely

On arrival to hotel we couldn't even get through main door...eventually another guest let us through..we proceed to check in computer which wouldn't check us in...2 20min phone calls later, both rung out ,we were pretty fed up -we had travelled a whole day with young, excited,tired children. after an hour, the housekeeping lady phoned a different number to our given number, and got us through to a helpful english-speaking lady who got us in!..it was now an hour and a half after we arrived!! The actual apartment was lovely, comfy, clean and spacious. air-con was much appreciated after long day sightseeing, and en-suite shower was lovely. The location was good, just around corner from metro, local supermarkets and restaurants and short walk to sagrada familiar. Unfortunately, we had a small issue with toaster tripping electrics, and we were a bit disappointed that there was no hotel info provided-which included lack of free wi-fi password and how to check out!! (again we had no way to speak with hotel to allow them to rectify these issues-no answer to phone) ....a welcome pack including wifi passcode and perhaps some local info could be helpful and someone on the end of the phone!...a few issues let this place down.. a great shame.

of course the first thing I do is apologize on behalf of all equipment by checkin process that you had.
Really, my sincere apologies. We are working hard to make the entrance to the apartment is autonomous and why we are devoting time to optimize it but it is true that there may still be some setback like that you endured.
However, in this impasse of time, we have some alternatives that do not sin remote computer as apaertura but I understand that is not perfect.
As for the communication we are also catching up, from the building of Sant Pau can contact our other establishment of the Sagrada Familia by dialing 200 from the fixed to the apartment and the immediate response by social networks.
On the other hand I am glad that the experience inside the apartment was optimal, and be sure that your suggestions we are going to take into account to improve information to the guests' arrival and get that experience is optimal.
Sinceramete would love to vovlieran within a few months to see the fruits of the work we are currently doing.
