I stay in hotels around the world for monthly travels. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in, (worse than non five-star ones) - Fridge wasn't replenished every day i stayed. On one occasion, it wasn't replenished even after I had reminded them. - When I called front desk, they would put me on hold, then hang me up. Once, I asked if they could help to bring up my food from an Uber delivery. As I was about to give the Uber PIN required in Europe to them (to acknowledge the order), front desk brushed me off, saying he won't remember and will call me later, then hanged up before I had a chance to say anything. Even tho they promised to bring the food up, it sometimes takes a couple more calls to remind them, so much so the delivery time was shorter than them bringing the food up. - Room was not sound proof. I could hear the cleaning ladies every morning loud and clear, and could also hear my neighbours when they were at their bathroom which was near the door. - The gym had minimal equipment for weight training and the steam room did not work. - the whole hotel was dark, both in the day and night. At night, they even switched off the lights at the lobby where guests were to sit. Maybe a two or three-star hotel. Definitely not luxury or five star

The hotel is right outside big branded shops and very convenient if you only stay for a short period and enjoy shopping. The rooftop restaurant is excellent and has the best views. All staff from the reception concierge were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very nice, the staff was very helpful. The bathroom would be nice if there was a bar in the tub so you could hang on getting in and out. It would be nice if there were hooks to hang your bath towels on in the bathroom.

A wonderful hotel choice. Great location (in close proximity to everything), very clean and friendly staff. Eddie in particular was very helpful. He gave us some great restaurant suggestions and even helped us book sold out tickets to a museum and a marvelous tour to Montserrat. Thank you, Eddie! You made our stay unforgettable.

Beautiful Claris
A great hotel, located in a fantasy location with great access to the best Barcelona has to offer. Rooms are great, our were a little too masculine but very well decorated. The rooftop restaurant is amazing too. You won't regret staying at Claris, but will carry with you some good memories.

This hotel is located in a great neighborhood filled with wonderful restaurants and the city’s best shopping! Our room was stunning! We had a two level suite with a balcony / view. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

We stayed in this hotel with friends and family, overall we had 3 rooms. The stay was very mixed. Hotel staff were a mix of very friendly and some who couldn't be bothered. Whilst we were offered a drink on arrival, this was just water. The first room was the triple junior suite, this was a lovely room, ample space for 3. The sofa bed though does squeak endlessly. The other two rooms were executive double rooms. One of these rooms was very good, the other there was constant problems with the shower. Whilst the manager was told on the first day, this problem was not fixed in the time we were there, they kept saying maintenance would be sent whilst we were out. Only on the final day did the manager decide that he would provide drinks to the two people staying in the room, now we were a group of 7, every time, there was a problem, we all waited around as we would all leave together, the manager couldn't fathom this. Never once offered to change room. Obviously drinks for 2 people even though we were staying as a group of 7 is ridiculous, this was finally sorted. But in our opinion, if they couldn't fix the shower, alternatives should have been provided very early on in the stay, this was unacceptable considering it is a 5* hotel. The rooms itself don't have that much natural light, but the hotel was very clean and location was good. Pool is slightly small but ok for when we were there On the terrace, food does take quite a long time to come out, but is a lovely space up there.

Staff is very friendly and attentive, had breakfast and dinner, the food was always great. They need to manage better check-in/check-out/cleaning process as I needed to wait more than 1 hour even getting there after check-in time, they took care and provided me with additional perks to cover for the wait.

The hotel is located in great area its a walking distance from the the shopping and cafes. The staff was great and very helpful The pool is very nice , the gym is small with a nice view The hotel supply beverages for free at the room. The bottles are from glass and not plastic.
