For someone visiting Barcelona for the first time from the USA, we found the rooms to be very very small. My wife and I, we stayed for four nights. With our overseas luggage, the room size was too small for the two of us. Would advice those booking the rooms to pay attention to the size of the room at the time of booking. If not for this one issue, no complaints at all!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. The beds, specifically the double beds are the worst beds I’ve ever slept on. We had to ask to change room thinking the mattress specific to that room was bad/worn out. But no it was the same case in the next room. The pillows were also very uncomfortable.

That staff was very helpful and responsive in dining suggestions, walking directions, storing baggage, etc. The area is very quiet and close to Sagrada Familia ans Park Guell. Would stay here again.

Excellent service of this hotel all around. Staff in the front desk is phenomenal. They are kind, friendly, extremely helpful, and speak fluent English. The breakfast is excellent - fresh, delicious with variety of choices. Thank you for making our first Barcelona experience so great! We will definitely come back!

Nice hotel, good location 5 mins from a tube line and 10 min walk to sagrada familia. Breakfast was nice. Room was clean, shower very good. Staff all friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

The bathroom stunk to the high levels! We covered the drains but the room still smelled awful! The waiter during breakfast (he was stocky, half buzzed haircut) was rude. My hisband gave our room number in english and when I tried to give it in Soanish, he dismissed me and said irritatingly “I know, I know, I know” with a hand gesture as if to stop me. He did it to another friend of ours who was also staying at the hotel but came down later for breakfast

Very convenient location. Walking distance to supermarket, transit, restaurants, Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. The lobby was very nice, room was a good size, however, the were sewage backup smell in the hallway and room. We did not complain as it was not that strong. The room was semi clean, the night tables and floors were dusty. Overall, still a good price for the location and convenience.

Not as clean as expected! There was a bunch of hair under the covers and some on the pillow and sheets. There were certain parts in the room where it was clearly not cleaned due to the amount of dust. We did find a few gnats in the room but nothing crazy. Overall was a decent stay but I guess for a 4 star hotel I expected it to be cleaner.

The front desk we checked in had a poker face, which made me not feel welcome. The rest of the people were very nice. The hotel is in a good location, about 10 minutes walk to the Sagrada Familia.

Front desk staff and the rest of the staff were friendly. Check in was quick. Shout out to the nice guy at the breakfast area. Breakfast has lots of variety. Spacious and clean room however AC didn’t cool the room even though temperature was set to zero already. Will stay again.
