The staff was amazing. They were friendly and very helpful. We had missed our connection to arrive at our cruise and they were ready to help. We are so impressed with everything there. The room was clean, roomy and modern. The food was outstanding and drinks were plentiful. We would highly recommend this hotel in Barcelona. It is also close to many cruise lines.

Lovely hotel inside however there is alot of building work going on at the back of the hotel, the breakfast buffet is amazing. However we decided one night to dine inside the hotel for dinner, both meals came out luke warm however we were that hungry we just ate them. Great for walking to popular areas and great transport links. Would highly recommend

Location is excellent, walking distance to La Rambla. Room was well equipped Room was not cleaned one day, cups for coffee maker did not fit, no price list for mini bar.

i was about to leave this property because the wifi was not working and i was upset but RICARDIO THE MANAGER was so nice and calm he said i will refund you dont worry but please make sure you can find another hotel becasue its busy season and you might not find anything his gesture and his understanding made me stay 5 stars to the manager of the property and oh btw the reason the wifi was not working because the staff had given me the password for their staff network so the password was incorrect,

Very uncomfortable stay Reported issues to the receptionist, nothing was done at all to correct them Bed was so hard , we couldn’t sleep Room was noisy due to ferries departing outside of the hotel at night No amenities were in the room Mini bar but no glasses to use Very poor experience

This is the 4th time we have stayed at Eurostars but the first time since the pandemic and we did not regret our choice to come back! The team were just super.. so accommodating courteous & friendly, especially Riccardo at the restaurant / bar. We will be back again next year!
